Chapter 11

Your POV

I sat up in my bed in a cold sweat. "It was...a dream.." I said. I felt something fall to my arm. I sighed realizing what it was. A tear rolled down my cheek. I flopped back onto my bed. "WHY AM I HERE I DID NOTHING WRONG." I said. I began to bawl my eyes out.

I heard footsteps down the hall. "GET HER TO CALM DOWN BEFORE SHE DRIVES HERSELF MAD." I looked at the door and saw it open. "GET AWAY FROM ME." I said moving to the wall. "Now (y/n) we're not here to hurt you." it was spirit. "YOU DID THE SECOND YOU THREW ME BEHIND BARS." I said the anger coursing through my veins. "Now calm down." he said. He sat on the bed and reached an arm out to me. "NO YOU'RE NOT STEIN." I siad.

He sighed and his hand fell. "I'm sorry but we've told you...you cannot see him Lord Death's orders." he said and stood. "FUCK HIS ORDERS." I siad. He sighed and walked to the door. "I'm tired of trying to help you....go mad." he said. He slammed the door and I looked at my shaking hands in the dim lighting. 'Was he right?' i thought.

'No, I'm not going crazy...i'm fine i just need to wait' I thought laying back down.

"Wait for what?" I jumped at the voice. "Who are you?" I whispered. "I'm the madness in your soul..." it said chuckling. "I have madness in me?" I whispered. "Yes...it comes with the Kishin side." it said. I looked down and sighed. "Why not listen to me and become like Stein?" it asked. I sighed and looked at the door. "I want to see him again but not with the madness....I won't know how to control myself." I siad.

The voice huffed and sighed. "Suit yourself." It said and faded away. I sighed and laid back down. I heard Spirit and Lord Death outside the room. "Do you think she'll fall into the madness?" he asked. Lord Death thought for a moment. "We'll have to see and if it does...and she becomes the kishin in her soul...then we would have to kill her." he said. I shivered at the thought and tried to fall back to sleep thinking of Stein's eyes, hair, voice, his everything.

Stein's POV

I was called into the Death Room today before school For what I did not know. "You wanted to see me?" I asked. Lord Death turned around and sighed. "Yes, Stein." he said, he didn't have his cheery cartoon voice like usual..."What is it?" I asked taking out a cigarette. "It's about (y/n)." he said. I nearly dropped the cigarette out of my mouth at the sound of her name. WHAT IS SHE ALRIGHT?" I asked. He put his hands out and motioned for me to calm down.

"I'm afraid the madness is getting to her." he said. I felt my face fall and my heart sink.. My soul began to throb. 'How could this be...i've stayed away from her.' I thought. "I've stayed away from her." I said and he nodded. "Yes I know you have but the thing of it is..." he said and faded out. I rose a brow. "What?" I asked. "It's because she can't see you." he said.

I fell to my knees holding my hair. "Because of me?" I asked. He nodded and I sat on the floor. "But why?" I asked "We have reason to believe it's because she...can't see you so she's driving herself mad because of it." he said and I stood. "Can i see her now?" I asked. He sighed and looked to Spirit and he gave a small nod.

-Two Weeks Later-

Your POV

I sat on the floor in the corner. I had a chalk in my hand and writings were on the wall. I was on the edge of madness and was rocking back and forth. I haven't been able to see Stein for about a month now and it was driving me insane. "Yes finally join me." the voice said and it started to fall black. "Stein help.." I whispered. The door slammed open and I looked at the floor. Footsteps came over and strong arms grabbed me.

I wa pulled to a warm chest to them and the arms wrapped around me. I listened to shaky breathing and a fast heartbeat. My vision began to come back and I sighed. I looked up and saw Stein. His face was full of worry and panic. He looked like he was malnourished. I looked at him and he smiled a little. "Stein.." I said. I weakly put a hand on his chest and he pulled me closer. "I never got to tell you how I felt." I said. He froze and looked at me. "And?" he asked.

I smiled weakly. "I love you too." I said and fell into darkness. I woke up a while later and looked around. I heard tapping of shoes on the floor and looked up. I saw Stein holding his head and screw passing in front of my bed. I kicked the edge of the frame and he stopped.

He looked at me and I smiled a little. "(y/n)." he siad and walked over sitting on the bed. He put a hand on mine and gently stroked it with his hand. I smiled and he looked down. "I never should have followed you that day." He said squeezing my hand slightly. I sat up and put a hand on his cheek. He leaned into my touch and I looked at him.

"Shut up...If you didn't where would we be?" I asked and he sighed. "I don't know." he said. "We wouldn't be here with each other now would we?" I asked. He smirked and leaned into me. His forehead touched mine and I looked at him a faint blush forming on my cheeks. "I think you're right." he said and he kissed me. I kissed back and he pulled away. The door opened and we looked. Spirit walked in along with Maka and the others. They came over and Stein had to go and talk to Spirit.

"How are you feeling?" Maka asked. I looked down and she put a hand on my shoulder. "Don't worry...we don't care you're part kishin." she said. "Yea you're actually pretty cool." soul said. I smiled and looked at them. "Thanks guys." I siad. They gave a smile and I smiled as well. "What's in the bag?" I asked. Tsubaki looked down and smiled. "Oh we went shopping and got you some stuff.." she said. I smiled and she handed it to me. I looked at them and they smiled. "Blair didn't go with us." they said.

I opened the basket and Stein walked back over. I pulled out a pair of black converse, headphones with the death skull on them, a white and grey hoodie and a pair of navy blue ripped jeans. I looked at them and smiled. "Thanks." I said. They nodded and smiled and left for classes. Stein grabbed the hoodie and went to a drawer." what are you doing?" I asked. He looked at me and smiled. "Well we have to match don't we?" he asked.

I tilted my head and he chuckled. "I'll show you." he said and sat in a rolly chair and pushed over to me. He had a thread and needle in his hand. He began to cut little slits in the fabric. I looked at him while he made a stitched line across those and along the seems for the pockets and hood itself. He gave it to me when he was done and I held it out in front of me. I smiled and put it down and leaned over to him.

I kissed his cheek and he blushed a little. "I'm glad you like it now...let's get you home." he said. He let me get dressed and we left the DWMA. we made it to the laboratory and I smiled. "Lab Sweet Lab." I said and he chuckled turning his screw. "It's our lab dear." he said. I looked at him. "What do you mean?" I asked. "You are mine are you not?" he asked. I nodded and grabbed his cold hand and smiled. "Can we go to bed now?" I asked and he nodded. We walked down the cold hallway to his room and crawled under the covers...we he laid down and I put my head on his chest and he enveloped me in his arms. I smiled and fell asleep with the my beloved next to me. 

Yay we are now home and with Stein....and now we're his....CAN THIS GET ANY MORE AWESOME....anyway trendycupcakeslover out....
