The sweet, calming sound of the waves crashing down on the sand sways me gently to a peaceful sleep, until Jonathan's hand touches my shoulder.

"It's almost seven, do you want to go?" I nod and sit up, bringing my knees to my chest. I look out at the sunset, wondering what Annie is doing right now.

"Hey, your mother is trustworthy, okay? I'm sure she's playing with our daughter at the time."

"Okay." I take his hand, one last glance to my apparel and we walk down the beach. The silence is filled with the peaceful sound of the waves and the distant birds.
