Chapter 1:How it started

"Mom!"I screamed down the stairs
"Yes Jessie why are you screaming like that?!" She yelled
"Because your stupid ass son put a spider on my bed" as I walked away into the kitchen trying to find something to eat
"Hey Jessie I'm sorry for putting that spider on your bed I thought it was funny"Jacob said backing up slowly away from me
"And you thought it was!..it really wasn't funny Jacob it's a good thing your leaving back to college soon"I said getting madder and madder at him
"Hey mom said stop that yelling guys " Micah said
"Can you guys leave me alone like just go away gosh!!!" I yelled walking away into the living room
"Mom?"
"Yes sweetie " she said in a very quiet tone
"Why is are house so big if you only have two kids living in it?" I asked
"It's not two it's three-
"NO! He can't stay with us anymore he needs to go back to his school!" I said getting mad
"Look he's gonna be here for a while so get over it NOW YOU NEED TO GET ALONG!" She yelled as she walked outside
"Ughhh mom?"
"Yes"
"Look can we have are girls day again?" I asked trying to make her smile
"Yes we sure can"
" tmrw then " I said as I turned around to go to my room to get away from my brother and sister
2hours later
"Guys come on time to eat dinner" mom yelled
"Coming!" We all yelled
"Last one downstairs is a rotten egg"Micah said running down the hallway
*buzz* *buzz* <text message from >unknown person
I thought to myself who could this be? It's probably koran or dez.... Or maybe Jasmine
*ring* ring-
"Um hello?" I said getting kinda nervous
"What's your name " they asked
"Who is this?"
"I said what's your name bitch!"they yelled getting mad
"Look I have to go eat dinner now so stop fucking around dez because I know this is you " starting to get a little laugh out my mom called my name once again
"JESSIE COME EAT"
" look I have to go now bye dez " as I hung up the phone I get another text from the same person

"Mom dinner was good " as I put my plate in the sink my phone beeps again from the same person that's been texting my phone
"Mom I'm going to sleep now I love you see you tomorrow after school "

"What Jacob " I said in a very distinct voice
"I'm sorry about what I did " he said giving me a big hug
I jus knew I couldn't stay mad at him forever he's my big brother
"Well good night see you in the morning " as I close my door I go brush my teeth and get into my Minnie Mouse onesie and put my hair into two braids.... I look into the mirror and and think to myself (why should I be scared?) well now I'm just gonna go to sleep

" um turn on your tv u have to see this right now"
"What is it Jacob it's 3:40 in the morning!?"

"Wait when did this happen?"

"Omg they're dead " I said
"no this boy named mikey colson was found dead in his living room dead "
"I knew mikey he the running back for the football team"I said about to start crying
"Well I guess there's no school tomorrow " Jacob said as he got up from my bed
" I need to call Jasmine and Koran "I said crying trying to find my phone

"Jacob um I got a text from someone saying someone saying they were gonna kill me" I said very hesitant
" haha very now go back to sleep " he said turning off my lights and closing the door

" mom you home?!!" I said yelling
" is anyone here!!" When I got up I walked onto my patio looking at the sky I heard my door crack a little and when I turned around to see who it was it was just Jasmine and Koran running towards me and I just felt tears running down my face and I feel the warmth of their arms around

" yes I was crying all night just thinking about how could someone just kill him like that he was gonna ask me out to prom" koran said crying even harder
" yea I know " Jasmine said
"Um guys let me freshen up I'll be right back ok"

All I could think about was mikey's death in the shower,when I was brushing my teeth,even when I was putting my clothes on it's just so sad to here that he's gone like who would kill mikey who? It just kept running through my head over and over again.
"So y'all ready to go" I said walking out my bathroom.
"Yea sure" Koran said wiping away her face.
"Come on then" Jasmine said

"Was my mom here ?" I said
"No but I remember where the spare key is the house so that's how we got in and no one was here "Jasmine said
