Chapter 7

Chapter 6~

The hooded person smiled as they watched the girls in the room struggle to figure out their identity. They smiled. Everything was planned. Kill one girl, then the next.

“Sweetie, I think we have a problem.” The girl came up behind them, putting her hands on their shoulders. “They may have figured a way to escape.”

“Don’t worry, they won’t get out alive.”

Ashley hated her little brother. He always played tricks on her. She despised her father, who barely paid any attention to his kids or his wife. But right now, she’d rather have her ignoring father and trickster brother instead of sitting in a grey room tied up.

Dani finally woke up after what Ashley figured a few hours. She was right, Dani’s foot was broken, and so was her collar bone. Dani also thought that her thigh was fractured. How she could stand all that pain, Ashley didn’t know.

Courtney hadn’t been thrown back into the dull room, and everyone was starting to get worried. What if she was dead? Or dying? None of them could hear screaming or anything. It just went silent when that door had slammed.

After they had all fallen asleep, the hooded person came into the room and cut all of the ropes on all their arms and legs loose.

When Dani woke up the first thing that hit her was the pain in her body. She groaned.

She looked at the other girls and saw that everyone had their arms and legs free. She walked over to Jade and shook her. “Jade, wake up.”

“Hmm? What?” Jade said as she sat up. “We’re free?”

“Not completely. I’m pretty sure the door is still locked.”

As the other girls woke up, Ashley did not.

She did not move, when they shook her she did nothing. It was like she was in a coma or something.

No one knew what was wrong with her, but Dani tried the knock the door down many times, but she failed each time and ended up with a bruised shoulder. When Nikki tried to pick the lock, she succeeded.

As they made their way to find an exit, with Nikki carrying Ashley, The hooded figure stepped in front of them.

“Where do you think you’re going?” A very familiar voice said.

Dani stopped breathing for a second. “E-Eric?” She whispered.

“It’s been a long time, Dani.” He said, pulling back the hood revealing his face.

“Don’t forget me, sweetie.” Another familiar voice said, and out stepped Courtney, completely unharmed. She took Eric’s face in her hands and kissed him.

Dani stared at them, wide eyed. “But, I saw you, you were dead.” He just smiled at her, “Not everything is what it seems Dani.”
