The kings broken mate

chapter one- Annabel

Annabel walks downstairs with her coat and car keys in her hand. She puts her coat on and walks out through the front door she walked through the snowy yard and to her car. She got in her car and started the engine. She pulled out of her drive-way and into town. She was going to meet a friend up in town today in the local cafe shop. She parked her car a few blocks away from the cafe shop. She started walking to the cafe when she felt a warm hand pull her into a ally way. She was about to scream when a warm hand when over her mouth. she started struggling to get out of the mans hold when he whispered for her to calm down. Her body slowly relaxed in his arms. He took his hands of her mouth.

"What do you want" she asks in a small  voice 

It pained the man the way she was scared of him. Her body slowly started to shake again. She was afraid he was going to hurt her. She had silent tears running down her face. She was human after all, of course she was going to be afraid of him. He loosened his grip on her. He so badly wanted her to look at him. 

"I want you" He said softly 

She just desperately wanted to give in to him but she was not sure why. He brought his hand to her chin and griped it softly, and he pull her so she would look at him. She was amazed by his eyes. such a beautiful color. She was so mesmerized she was not sure what she was doing. He fell deep in love with her once he looked into her eyes. This was his dream ever since his mother told him the amazing story's of mates. 

"Why do you want me" She asks in a wispier

"Because you were made for me" He answered 

Annabel thought about what he said she couldn't process all of this in one go. Zack heard his mother mid-link him telling him he need to come home right away. 

"I must go but this wont be the last time I see you"  He told her 

"What is your name?" she asked 

"Zack" he said then he was gone

She just stood there shocked, she walked out of the ally way and started walking to the cafe. When she got there her friend was not there. She looked at her watch and realized they were standing there for almost a hour. She walked up the counter to order a hot chocolate, Annabel was never very found of coffee she always stuck to hot chocolate. Annabel sat down in a booth next to the window, memories came into her from all the fun her ex boyfriend had in this cafe befor he hurt her. This was where they first meet. They talked and laughed about so much that day. It was like they clicked on so many ways. She so desperately  wanted to know why he hurt her. All her life she had a good family till her mom died when she was eight. Th en her dad became distance, was always away never home. He always had another woman in his arms. She sits there staring out the window thinking of everything that went so wrong in her life. When she was a little girl she would have never thought she would have this life.
