I texted Kristina, or kris, my best friend to tell her to meet me at the mall in 5 minutes. I told her it was an emergency. She answered back "be right there."
I went up to my room to get dressed I wore my high waisted shorts and a black crop top with a flannel to go over it and my black vans. I drove to the mall I road in my mustang with the top down and listened to nirvana.

We both got to the mall at the same time she showed up in her mustang also. She has a blue one and I have a red one! She had on ripped jean shorts and a cropped top with a flannel like me and white converses with a necklace. I told her about everything that happened with Alec and how I'm going on a date with Josh!

We went to a bunch of stores I finally found a dress in American eagle it has a boho look to it, it was so cute and went perfect with my brown tie up sandals now all I need is a necklace but I have the perfect one at home from forever 21.
Kris and I went to look around and got some more clothes for summer! We went to Starbucks since we had 3 hours then we went back to my house. I had 2 hours to get ready.
She put on greys anatomy while I took a shower since she was an episode behind me. When I got out she just finished her episode so we watched the next one! She's really good at hair and makeup so she curled my hair for me and did a waterfall braid on both sides to the back for me. Then she did my makeup, for my eyes she did a smokey eye it always looks good with my hazel eyes, for the rest of my face she did natural make up, for my lips she did a nude color with a gloss on top. I got dressed and picked out the perfect purse for my outfit. My toenails were looking rough so she quickly painted over them.

It was almost 8. I was feeling like I got stood up. I started to think of all the possibilities of what happened. Josh's pov I was so mad at Alec for not telling. Idk why he did this to Shelby and I and why he told Shelby he loved her when he didn't actually love her. I feel really bad for Shelby but at least Shelby realized she liked me! I finally got home I was at the park with my little sister. I ran inside and while telling my sister to go down the road to get me some roses since we live in the city everything is close. I quickly took a shower and got dressed I was taking her to firebirds so I didn't want to look to casual so I put on a pair of jeans and a polo shirt and for my shoes I put my clarks on and spiked my hair up. My sister had the flowers for me I told my parents and sister bye and left. While I was going to her house I was so nervous. I wasn't sure if she would like firebirds and if she would like my flowers plus I was running late and what if there was a long wait at firebirds. I'm glad we are going on a date but what if she doesn't like it because I'm so unprepared and what if it's so awful she doesn't like me anyone.
