Emily's POV

Garroth and I were setting up at the club social. I was doing Soccer and he was doing Baseball. "Laurence is taking awfully long to get some things out of his locker." Garroth said. "I know,right?" I replied. Since I was done setting up and the club social wasn't starting in 20 minutes,I decided to play my earbuds. I put in my favorite mashup/remix, The Phoneix and Centuries by Fall Out Boy. I was humming the tune when suddenly Laurence burst through the door. I took of one of my earbuds and ran to him. "What took you so long? We were worried about you." I said/asked. "We? And I ran into someone on the way there. She looked like the girl that you made Garroth bump into." He replied. "Garroth and I were worried. And REALLY?!" I exclaimed. "Yeah,I didn't know if she was the girl or not,but she looked familiar." He said. "Hey there's Garroth!" He said in happily. Garroth jogged over. "Hey. What took you so long?" He asked. "I ran into that girl you bumped into." He explained. "Oh...okay!" He said turning to me. "Why'd you rush over to him like there was no tommrow?" He said raising a brow. "Well, I was going to tell you that he was here but we got caught up in talking again." I said gritting my teeth. "Mmhm..." He said looking at me suspiously. "It's okay Garroth,she's telling the truth." Laurence said stepping in. "Okay,then. You better not be lying to me." He said calming his mood. "Garroth I'm your sister...and Laurence is your best friend!" I said in joy. "I know, I know." He said. The bell rang. Everyone went to their places. Laurence and I sat next to each other. I saw at the corner of my eye that he was blushing a light pink. I just smiled. When the freshmen burst through the door I thought 'Woah,the kids must've found out they're was an anime club!' Just then 3 people ran up to their stand. We gave them forms to fill out and they walked away joyfully. Suddenly I saw a girl with what seems like natural blue hair walking past our booth. She was holding a volleyball. It seemed like she was going to throw it to someone. I decided to leave the booth. "Hey,Laurence I'm going to take a short break okay? I'll be back in 5 minutes,I promise." I said. "Okay." He replied. I followed that girl. She was facing this naturally white haired dude and...the girl? She threw the ball and it hit the guy with white hair. "Travis,are you okay?" The girl asked worriedly. "Nice catch,dork!" She exclaimed. "You caught the ball with your face!" She said and started to laugh. Suddenly the girl said "Hey! That's not very nice of you!" She said defending this "Travis" dude. She continues to laugh and say "You gotta admit that was hilarious!" She said cracking up more. "No it wasn't! Huh,Travis!" She exclaimed. Suddenly Laurence came out of nowhere and said "Katlyn,don't tease the freshmen." He said with a sigh. He noticed me and motioned for me to come closer. I walked closer to him and soon I was a couple inches from his shoulder. "Hey,come on! I'm teaching them tough love,I didn't mean any harm in it!" She said defending herself. 'That's an understatement...' I thought. "Tell that to the dudes face." He said motioning his head to "Travis". I silently laughed. Laurence just sighed and said "I'll go get the nurse." He said walking to the door. "I'll come with!" I said running over to him. "No,you need to run the booth with Cadenza and Kiki. I'll be fine,plus it'll only be a minute." He explained. I nodded my head and went back to the incident. I saw Garroth. "Come on Katelyn,leave them alone. Not everyone is as tough as you." He said calmly. I saw the girl hide from him and a very light pink. 'She likes my brother...ohhhhh this is sooooo cute!!' I thought in joy. "Well if it isn't the "Charming Prince!" She said annoyed. "I have a name you know." He protested. "Tell that to all the freshmen girls gawking over you. I swear they don't even want to know your name." She said with sass in her tone. "Jealous?" He said jokingly. 'Are you kidding me?' I thought with anger and sass. "I don't really care either way...you're annoying." She said boredly. "Don't you have a booth to run?" He said raising a brow. "Oh crud,that's right...hey freshmen!" She called. "M-me?" She said nervously. "Yeah you...I'm sorry about you're little friend over there." She said calmly. "Stop by the Volleyball club if you need someone to hang out with." She said with a sigh. "Now there's the sweet Katelyn I know." He said plastering a smile on his face. "Shut up,pretty boy!" She said slightly angry again. She walked away and Garroth walked over to the girl. "I'm sorry about her,are you okay?" He questioned. "I-I-I'm fine...hehe." She said looking away. I backed up and said quietly to myself "Yay,there's going to be some love in this moment." I whispered. "You sure? You're drooling." He protested. I laughed. She yelped and Garroth laughed. "U-um I'm perfectly fine..." She said nervously. "Uh...Travis! Oh,that's right!" She said turning to "Travis". He groaned. "What happened?" He asked. "Oh Travis,you're okay!" She said in joy. "Looks like you guys are fine here...I have to go walk around to see if I can help all the other freshmen. Don't be afraid to ask me if you're lost or overwhelmed." He said finishing it off. 'Noo! Don't end it,the moment was perfect!' I thought. "Sure!" She said calming down. "Have fun!" He said and walked away. I walked over to them. "Hi! My name is Emily,I'm Garroth's sister and a friend of Laurence." I said. "Hi! Nice to meet you Emily. My name is Aphmau and this is-Travis,I know. You guys kept saying his name I kinda picked it up." I said cutting her off. Well nice to meet you,we have to go now!" She said with a smile. "Alright,see ya later Aphmau." I said walking back to the soccer booth. 'Where's Laurence?' I thought. This was more than a minute. Where could he be? But Aphmau,hmm...sound all to familiar. But I can't place my finger on it. Oh well! I feel like Aphmau,Travis,and I could be great friends.
