Plot:
A ChickLit story, this was before the genre was named ChickLit. Stories like this were just simply tagged as Romance. It’s a beautiful story that makes you laugh and feel what Deana is feeling. She isn’t the nice girl from next door who’ll bear everything with a smile; she’ll be the one to kick someone’s ass. The story has a very good plot and the characters act accordingly. The book is good, and is very pleasant to read.
Vocabulary and Grammar:
Few places where the author falters, but overall the result is very good. The vocabulary is fine; the words aren’t too over-used and not under-used either. The grammar could be better, but it’s good.
Verdict:
A heartwarming story, this one is the one you’ll end up keeping in your library for ages. It’s cute and hilarious and spicy at the same time. And the end, it just blows you away. You really should read this.
