Sophie's POV

Where is Tyler again? Pssh I'm freaking nervous. If I didn’t pass this audition, I don’t know where else I can join.

“Soooooophie?!!”

“Tyler! I’ve been looking for you! Are you going to audition too?”

“No, I’m the new president of this club. Are you going to audition here?”

“Well yeah, but since you are the president, can you just----“

“No! it will be unfair for the others. And you know what Sophie? I can’t wait to hear your voice” He said with an annoying smile. Oh this guy! I’m sure his trying to annoy me again.

I just rolled my eyes heavenwards and walked away.

But then I realized I need him. I need him to play his guitar for me. I don’t sing without him beside me, I’m too shy to sing in front of many people.

I turned back and give him a very sweet smile.

“hmm Tyler?” J

“Yeah?” He said with a sarcastic tone

Urghh

“Can you play the guitar for me? I’ll sing the only exception by paramoreJ” I flashed a fake smile into him

“Well yeah, no prob Mia. J”

“Don’t call me that Eli!”

“haha.. You really are funny”

Sometimes I really wonder how he became my best friend. He’s more like my worst enemy. -_-

“Alright! We’re going to start the audition now! Everybody settle down.” Said the girl in charge

The room was suddenly filled with silence.

“We’ll start with… Mia Sophronia Gonzales..” Tyler said with a grin in his face.

Psssh annoying -_-

“Hmm Hi everyone! I’m Sophie and I’m gonna serenade you all with the only exception” I started

<Tyler’s POV>

Then she gave a genuine smile to everyone. She’s really cute.

I started strumming my guitar and give her an encouraging look.

When I was younger, I saw my daddy cry

And curse at the wind

He broke his own heart and I watched

As he tried to reassemble it

She has a sweet voice as always. She sings it with all her heart and touches the heart of everyone who hears her.

And my momma swore that
