A/N: Thank you for choosing to read my story "Whatever You Want". I would like to thank my friend, Taylor, for inspiring me to write this story. Please comment, share, vote, and enjoy. (I will try to update every week or so)
"Why?" I asked, trembling, with tears streaming down my face.
"Why can't you just LOVE ME?"
My voice ran throughout the house, and so did I. My door slammed shut as I leaped onto the bed. In a fit of anger, sadness, and pain, I yanked the pink rabbit toy he had bought for my 11th birthday off the bed.
I then tore it to shreds. Pieces of fluff flew across the room as he proceeded to bang on my door and yell profanities at me, as if that would make me come out.
Well, come out if my room, I mean.
"YOU CAN NOT DO THIS TO ME, ELLA. YOU GET YOUR ASS OUT HERE RIGHT NOW, OR ELSE."
After he had been able to kick my door in, he came towards me.
Closer....... And closer.........
Until I was on the floor, bleeding, with bruises on my neck and forehead, and red marks on my boobs from his brutal hands.
My father. The alchohol that beat me and molested me after my mother left him for a better man. She left me as well, but he said it was all my fault.
I was his stress ball to grope and throw around until he felt better. I was his sex you to play with since he couldn't maintain a decent relationship.
Then he would drink away the memory of hurting his own daughter. But I'll always remember.
That night, as I was sitting quietly in my room, I started thinking of solutions to my situation.
Number one, suicide.
Number two, murder.
Number three, homelessness. For some reason, the third option seemed most appealing at the time. I grabbed my teal colored book bag and shoved in all the essentials.
My water bottle, my iPhone, my charger, an extra pair of pants and other clothes, and my favorite Deadpool headphones.
I threw on my dark grey hoodie, put on my ripped jeans, tied up my converse, and ran.
I ran outside, past my father who was standing on the front porch. He tried to grab me and yelled at me but I didn't stop.
I couldn't stop.
I ran tirelessly until I reached Lilly Pond, which wasn't far from our house. It was my favorite place to hang out and relax, swinging in the park and feeding the little ducklings.
I had never seen it at night, but it was some bit calmer. There were no people around me, just myself and some other small creatures.
I heard the croaks of frogs and the caw of crows and the creek of the crickets and the whistle of the wind, as I sat on the bench by the edge of the water.
"What now..." I thought to myself. Of course, there was no one to answer, so I just laid down on the bench and thought.
I thought about many things.
I thought about school, and my mom, and my friends, and mostly my father.
How could he do that to me. I'm his child. I didn't ask to be this way. I was born the way I am. He can't accept me. But why?
I thought to myself "I guess I'll never know the answer" as I drifted off to sleep.
