He is capable of breathing in water, making water part before him, walking on water, and turning things to ice. He doesn't really get wet, when he is, only drops of water linger at the tips of his fur, giving him a alluring look.

Personality: An intelligent cat, with both speed and power, controls all phases of water, including ice. He has a very calm personality and has a habit from his troubled past, to hide his true emotions.
