The storm raged upon the earth. Something was coming. Something was going to happen. Four cat's shadows loomed in the darkness, and when the lightening flashed, their eyes glistened. They hurried down a secret pathway under a mountain to find the king. The rain poured, but the water cat stopped the water that came near them to prevent them from getting wet. As they reached the king's chamber they slowed, and then stopped. The kind, old king, lay sickly on a bed of moss. The sight brought tears to their eyes, but they refused to cry. The king motioned for them to come over and they did.
"My son . . . please . . . stop him." The four cats stood there solemnly, not knowing what to say. "The legend . . . find those orbs and don't let him get them."
The legend . . . a long time ago there were four orbs, the king gifted them to four cats, and those orbs granted them great powers, but whoever held those orbs was the cat's master. The king knew this, and he told them all to hide the orbs in undefinable places, but the king's trusted bodyguard knew everything. He sought the orbs and almost found them all, but the king stopped him. The king was shocked to find that everything that cat had done was an act, and that actually, he was the dark cat, Shadow. The cats managed to kill the dark cat, but they died while doing it. Right before the king died, he sent their orbs to different places on the earth, where only the cat of the orb's element could find it. He knew that one day they would all be reincarnated to finish the battle that had begun.
