As I approached him he turned to his red haired friend and I suppose and giggled. As I sat down he got red all over. I opened my text book to the first chapter: Cells. Easy as pie I thought.
"Hi, sorry for stepping on your hair earlier this little ginger behind me stole my phone," the curly blond beside me apologized.
"Er, it's okay and hello, nice to meet you I'm Val... he cut me off.
"Valerie I know." He smiles. His white smile dazzling. "I like your hair, it's all curly and stuff." I said admiring it for real.
"Thanks, I love your eyes." He said in a lustful voice, his green eyes locked on mine. I blushed and he giggled. so did I, I could feel my muscles relaxing. He nudged me and said,
" Hey loosen up a bit, i know it's only your first day but you'll fit in perfectly." He smiled his cute and reassuring smile which caused me to smile too.
"I'm Casper by the way," he whispers making sure not to disturb the class which had already begun. "Like the friendly ghost?" I laugh and he joins in.
"Yeah but only friendlier," he winks. We spent of the class getting to know each other and working together. He also invited me to sit with him and his friends at lunch. I felt happy that he was so nice. I thought he was a maniac but he's actually the total opposite.
The other periods flew by and I became oriented with lots of different people. And before I knew it, it was lunch time. I saw Casper waiting for me outside of Spanish class. My first language was French. Hence me living in Paris for five years. He offered to carry my books and I smiled at his small but kind gesture. We walked into the crowded cafeteria and got our lunch,
"We don't stay here. instead we eat a special bench in the high school quad.
"Oh.' I said and followed him. Casper was so nice to me all day, I loved how he was so carefree about his messy, blond curls. He was so cute but he wasn't as gorgeous as that strange driver of the Ferrari. I shook the thought and focused on what was going on right now. As we walked outside the sun warmed my skin and it's little rays of light danced off of my dull, gray eyes. I felt good.
"Here we are," Casper said grinning and sand gestured for me to sit. He's always grinning about something. I'm started by a soft feeling on my cheek, it was warm but it felt nice. When I turned my head the red haired who was singing in the hall and grinning with Casper was a few inches from my face, his deep blue eyes held my gray ones. Everyone around us burst into laughter including him. Was this some type of sick joke!? First I took it upon myself to sit with them at lunch and then some weird ginger kisses me on my cheek!? What the heck! Casper pulled him away from me and said, Lighten up, it's something everyone does here in Sweden wen they meet someone new.
"Ohhhh, pshh I totally knew that." I say coolly. Everyone laughed again. The redhead introduced himself as Jake and gestured towards his twin brother Finn. My gasp echoed off the walls of the school. I couldn't believe how much they look alike. Finn, the one who'd smiled at me before , caught me staring and gazed back, seeming to examine my pale eyes or at least I think he was. They both had pale, red curls and freckles. Even the freckles were in the same place, their blue eyes burning with the same fire. If i had picked up on anything so far it was two things: one being that apparently curls were the new style and two: GrenwhichHall was filled with good looking people. Another guy ; Kyle greeted himself and his girlfriend Elizabeth.
"You can call me Liza." (Lie-zah)
"Er, Liza isn't as bubbly as the rest of us you may notice so you'll have to excuse her." She swats at him playfully and he kisses her nose.
