The Forgotten Son

Blowing harsh wind, running hasty time &

Moving careless world...

Yet I have stood like a rock... but alone.

I see the people with faces of joy & smile,

But I don't have any.

O, God! Can you tell me why?

I saw you giving me heartless blows one after another...

Huh! I still don't know how to pay my gratitude to you.

I smile when your blow hurts me because...

I have forgotten to cry.

Whenever I tried to change the things for me, you changed me.

Was not that funny, God?!

Whenever I see couples caressing each other &

Hear the melodious songs of the birds,

I see the blessing of love upon them.

Then I remember your curse, gifted to me in form of love.

Hey, God! My wounds are not cured yet... not yet.

But I haven't surrendered & I won't because

Cowards lose their fortune but fighters gain theirs.

I will fight like an enraged tiger because

God, I amyour son... your forgotten beloved son.
