I opened my eyes, I couldn't remember what happened. I looked around and saw no one, I was all alone. Then I see a table next to me with flowers, I read a card that came with it.
'Dear Mari,
I am so sorry for the pain I have caused you, I can see why you wouldn't want to be friends. That is why I will leave you alone.

Mari jumped out of the bed. Slowly, everything about the accident came back. The nurses were running after her saying she needed to get back to bed, But Mari would not listen to them. She had one thing she really needed to do, and that was to find Lila.
