Chapter 87:

I stirred in my sleep as I woke up and looked around . Vikki.. Where is she .!

"V-Vikki." I croaked out. My throat was very dry.

"I'm right here." She said coming over to me as my heart was beating so fast.

She cuddled me as I cried into her chest .
"I thought you were gone."

"No I was feeding the baby and didn't want to wake you.. I made a promise member ." She said stroking my cheek .

I nodded as we sat up in the bed.

"She is the cutest thing. Hope is alerted and very smart for a human."

"Where is she?"

"Vanessa has her. Alvin stayed her and is the planning the wedding ."

I blushed and smiled .

"Violet said your allowed out of bed but to take it easy. Your body is weak. Which makes your wolf."

I nodded as I put my feet on the cold floor. I slowly stood and wobbled as Vikki grabbed my waist and helped me walk around the room.

We left the room as I heard my baby girl giggling and cooing at Vanessa.

"Mom." She said with a smile.

I smiled and sat beside her. She handed me the baby as I held Hope .
She was waving her hands crazy as she put her hand on my cheek and giggled .
I smiled and kissed her tiny nose. Vikki sat beside me as me and her played with the baby.

Vincent's POV :

My mother's were both happy and one again. I looked down at them on the couch as they played with my baby sister. Vanessa looked up at me as I turned on my heel and walked away into the office.

Soon I won't be Alpha no more and would have to give it back to Vikki.
I didn't want too but I knew I had too.

I sighed and leaned back into the chair.

A knock came at the door as Kat walked in with food as she set it down for me.
"Stop worrying about your precious title.. Everyone here respects you ." She said with a smile.

I looked at her .
She was pretty ..
Her cute dimples made her even cuter.

"Kat why are you so cute?" I asked .

Her face turned red as she blinked and looked at me.
"U-Uh.." She stumbled .

I chuckled and stood up and went over to her .
"Sorry I haven't noticed.. Your always there for me and supporting me and my sister ."

"O-Oh.. No need to-

I pulled her close and kissed her lips softly. She was shocked but soon she was kissing me back.

I pulled away to look at her eyes.

"What was that for." She huffed.

"Be my girl."

Her blush took over her cheek's as she smiled and nodded.
"Yes"

I smiled as she giggled and hugged me tight.

Vanessa's POV:

I stood outside the door of my brother's office. I stood there pained? Why did I feel like this.. Is this how he felt seeing me and my mate..

I took a deep breathe and left as I went back down stairs with my parents.
They played happily with the baby as Alvin was asking Melissa questions about wedding details.

I sat on the sofa's edge listening in.

My brother and Kat came out hand in hand as everyone looked over to them.
She avoided eye contact with me.

"Mom.. Dad.. Me and Kat are a thing . Please accept us." He said .

My mother smiled happily as she stood up wobbly and hugged my brother than Kat .
She giggled with happyness.

I glared at them as my wolf wanted to surface and rip her throat out.
I didn't bother to look at them.

"So happy for you too" Vikki said holding hope.

"Thank you." They both said .

"Vanessa ? Congratulate your brother ." Melissa said eyeing me.

"Why? It's not like there really mates?" I said with a Additude.

"Vanessa ." My mother said .

Kat glared at me and gripped his hand tighter .
"Your right were not mates. But I like your brother . You might be his mate by birth but he isn't your's . You made your pick. So back off"

I growled and stood up.

Vincent took a stance infront of Kat as I looked at him hurt .

"Pathetic ." I said as I walked away pissed off.

Who does she think she is! Talking to me like that?! I'm the one who made mom make her what she is! I saved her sorry ass!

Arms snaked around my waist as I looked over my shoulder and smiled .

"Nessa. What's bothering you?" Lana asked curious.

"Nothing. Can we go on vacation? I wanna be alone with you."

"That's dangerous, my parents are still out there for me." She said with a frown.

"Your a Alpha and I'm your Luna.. We can build a pack. You already have people who follow you. We can do it together ." I said smiling taking her hands.

She smiled at me and kissed my head .
"I'm just scared they will find us and ruin everything ."

"Let them. I'll hurt anyone who hurts my pack even my mate" I said looking at her .

She smiled and nodded .

I squealed and Hughes her right . I grabbed her hand and dragged her down stairs with everyone .

"Everyone !" I yelled .

My mother looked over as everyone was still where they sat but Jason , Lark and the Warriors were there aswell

"What's up princess?" Mother said looking up at me from playing with the baby.

"Me and Lana decide were leaving.. We're gonna start our own pack. She is an Alpha and as I am her mate I will be Luna." I smiled .

Everyone was quiet as my mother was the first to speak.
"That's an amazing idea Hunny. What about the dangers?" She asked .

"We're gonna build up her pack, welcome in people. Plus I won't let any one harm our pack or mate."

"I will protect her ." Lana said to my parents.

Vincent and Kat were quiet as my brother didn't speak up. I was happy for that.

"I think that would be a great idea for you both. Your grown up allot Vanessa . I'm proud." Vikki said holding the baby.

"Thanks." I said with a smile.

"I'm happy for you too" Jason said with a smile .

Kat was giggling quietly at Vincent .

"Do you mind." I said .

She looked over at me.
"Sorry ." She said rolling her eyes.

"You know just because your his so called mate does not mean I will accept you into our family. That means our friendship as well"

Everyone was quiet .

"We're leaving in the morning . We need to pack" I said grabbing Lana's hand as she followed me upstairs .
