PROLOGUE: During this particular Sunday morning Jared Micheals had disappeared from prison. Nobody noticed at first because of 2 things. 1) Jared was in solitary confinement, so during the headcount the guard counting all the prisoners thought that Jared had stayed there. 2) The man who was suppose to get him out of Solitary Confinement thought that somebody else decided to do it instead. I can tell you that this is the only time I would be happy that a prisoner escaped. I am also proud to tell you that nobody found out until that night.

CHAPTER ONE - IN COURT: The judge looked at Jared in the kind of way that would send chills down your spine. The sort of look that sends a threatening message that you can't quite make out. Jared was very hesitant. "So Mr. Micheals I see that you claim to have fired the gun in self defense. Do you have any evidence to support that."  Jared was getting angry, "I have already told you. Four times in fact. I've been counting." "Do not make smart remarks Mr. Micheals. Yes, I remember, you do not." This whole courtroom had to have been against Jared. They must have practised everyday. They had all the right questions and responses against Jared. "So Mr.Micheals according to you the following events happened. First you noticed a man pointing a gun through his pocket (and that man is a very respected business man named Andrew Willis) at Mrs. Franingham, a very wealthy person. Second you tackled Mr. Willis to the ground surprising him. Third he accidentally shot Mrs. Framingham. Last you got the pistol and shot Mr. Willis's foot. This story seems very made up to me." The jury had taken notice on these unlikely events and no matter how much evidence he had to support that this was true the jury voted against him. Jared had to go to prison.
