Squrtile was in love with a other Pokemon, not a other Squrtile but a Riachu. Squrtile would due anything to get Riachu's love he would put lotion on him. So Squrtile put lotion on him, it stung her. She walked by Riachu, he was in love they started making out on the ground, how was this relationship going to work. They decided not to have a kid, but just adopt a kid.
