I finally did it. After 5 years of hard non stop work, I have my own restaurant here in LA opening. It is called On The Beach, and I'm the chef. The opening day is tomorrow, we are giving out free meals to the first 3 groups or the first 3 people that come in. What makes this even better is that all my friends are working here. There is Mia the redhead who is one of the 2nd cook and a waiter when needed , then there is Katie the blondie who sings on Tuesdays and Thursdays but goes to her other job on the rest of the days. Then there is Katlin who is Katie's twin sister and she also sings sometimes with Katie and on the days Katie doesn't sing she sings. We have been friends since the 7th grade all the way through college. We all had dreamed of running a business together and eventually we decided we wanted to open up a restaurant. And that's what we did as soon as we got the money.
