Chapter 5

"Doctor, I have a question." I closed the door behind me making my way over to him.

"What is it, love."

the man with the horn rimmed glasses locked up from his desk eyeing me with his piercing dark brown eyes. I stifled a bit and then swayed back and forth before finally asking my question.

"If Louis thinks El is me. Then who does he think El is when they were dating?"

"You, Maybe the girl he dated before El. I'm not very sure. we don't that know much about his condition," he folded his arms and leaned back in his chair. "Do you have any other questions?" I shook my head

"Good, just so you know Ms. Bird, Ms. Calder is here. We're getting her ready to see Louis."

"Thanks for letting me know," I turned on my heel to leave. I closed my eyes shut, "Where can I find El." I kept face towards the door. "down the hall talking to one of the nurse's about what's going on and what she needs to do." I quickly turned around my breathe was caught and I couldn't speak. "what do you mean by 'what she needs to do' ?"

"we're going to have Eleanor talk to Louis. its the only way to help him. I hope you understand," he gave me a smile before standing. "Now, if you don't mind Ms. Bird, I have some patients to take care of. I'll see you soon." He walked out of his office leaving me to walk out behind him.

Now if you'll excuse me doctor. I need to go find Ms. Calder.

Eleanor's POV

"Ms. Calder? My name is Dr. Bennett." I pulled my purse up to my shoulder before shaking the mans hand. "I heard about Louis. How can I help?" "We want you to ask him a few questions, I'm aware that you know of Louis condition right now?" he held his clipboard to his chest. I nodded so quickly that it felt like I was on a circus ride and my head was spinning out of control.

"Just tell me what to do." I sighed

'"This is Angela, she's going to tell you everything you need to know before seeing Mr. Tomlinson." I turned around to see a very slim black haired girl staring at me. "If you follow me I'll show you to where your friend is.' she smiled before having us both walk down a long hallway.

Claire's POV

"ELEANOR!!!" I yelled as I saw her familiar face. "Claire?" she walked up to me and gave me a tight hug. "I'm going to do everything I can do to make this all better." she pulled away giving me a warm smile.

"Ms. Calder?" A nurse tapped El's shoulder "Are you ready?" she asked El nodded. she walked into the little room that Louis had been in for the last four months. the nurse pulled up the blinds so I could watch through the little window.

El woke up Louis and he shot up in bed engulfing her in a big hug. I saw their mouths move but couldn't make out a single word. Louis yelled something making El jump. She looked as if she was about to cry. Louis pulled her into another hug before doing something that made me completely cold. How could he,more like how could she allow it! El didn't move a muscle, she simple wrapped her arms around him pulling him closer to her. El soon pulled away looking towards my direction. Louis looked the same way and saw me, he said something before having El respond with something that made him drop his jaw. Tears started to form in my eyes, I wiped under my eyes making sure not to smear my eyeliner. I turned around not being able to face them.

"Its not worth it anymore," "Why do I even try?" these words kept running through my head as I walked towards the main entrance. "Need to get out." I wiped my eyes furiously trying to contain the tears that were begging to come out.

"I can't do this anymore!" I slammed my car door shut. I placed my head on the steering wheel and cried my eyes out.

He kissed her and she didn't even move. I knew this was going to happen. He'll never love me again. It'll always be her.
