Chapter 1-

This is a new book I'm starting, it has no relation to my other book "Olivia Benson's Daughter" I hope you enjoy:)

Olivia's POV

"Captain, I'm taking the weekend off!" I announced and watched Cragen nearly fall off his desk chair. "Liv? You feeling alright?" He asked jokingly feeling my forehead. "Yes I'm fine" I said laughing "I was online the other day and found this beautiful cabin not too far from here so I decided to go for the weekend!" "Good for you Liv" he said patting my shoulder. "I'll gladly give you the weekend off, you need it the most of any of us" he laughed as he closed the door to his office.

*In the car*

I got in the car and immediately turned on the radio. I can never drive without music. I had already put my suitcase in the car and bought a bottle of red wine, this weekend was going to be perfect.

I was only about 20 minutes away from the cabin, it was getting dark so I was going slow around the turns on the dirt road, I had passed a few small cabin sites and mine was only a little further ahead.

I had taken my eyes off the road for a minute to change the radio station and I quickly looked up to see a little girl running across the road, barely clothed. I slammed on my breaks and she got so scared she stumbled backwards and fell. She was so tiny, she couldn't be more than 12. I quickly put my car in park and ran out. She was no more than 20 feet away from me. Her hair was caked with mud and she was filled with dirt, scars and cuts that haven't been cared for and some dried blood on her legs. She looked up at me with big brown eyes through her muddy hair. I got to my knees, "p..p..please don't h..h..hurt me" she stammered starting to crawl away. "It's okay I'm a good guy" I showed her my badge. It was freezing out side, through all the dirt I could tell she was a light shade of blue. I took off my jacket and wrapped it around her tiny frame. "My car is really warm" I said. She looked up at me so fragile. "Come on sweetheart it's right over there" I told her as I slowly helped her to her feet and led to the passenger side. She was so tiny I thought to myself. I helped her into the passenger seat and buckled her in turning the heat all the way up.

As she warmed up I called Cragen "Hey long story short I found a Vic meet me at the hospital" I said. "Okay, explain later" he said before we hung up.

"Is that any better princess?" I asked softly "p..pplease don't call mme that, ththats what he would call me, don't take me back to him pp..please" she begged still shivering. "Okay, well what's your name sweetheart?" I asked cautiously. "I..it's Bonnie" she said barely above a whisper. "That's such a pretty name" I said truthfully. Then I turned to the wheel and started the car. "Please don't take me back!" She cried, "no no I'm not I promise" I said placing my hand on her shoulder. "You're safe now" I added.

Bonnie's POV

I heard the creaking in the floor boards, he was up there walking around. I could hear him talking on the phone, he was yelling at one of his customers.

My ankles hurt from the heavy chains, this had been my life for too long, I had given up. He assaulted me day in and day out I had lost track of time. My mother died when I was 2. It's never been the same. My dad became a drunk and moved us out to this dingy cabin. I miss her sometimes. The only time marker I have is my birthday, because he would give me "something extra for his princess." And when I was good I would get to eat a small piece of bread and drink some alcohol or water whatever was available.

I heard the basement door bang open and I cowered in the corner he started to undo his buckle and tie the ropes when his phone rang again. The only light in this basement was a barred broken window in the unfinished bathroom. "Don't worry princess I'll be right back" he sneered and ran back up stairs.

I was so thin that when he loosened the chains to tie the ropes I could slip my feet out. I stumbled into the bathroom and slipped through the bars and the broken window. Using all my strength I ran. I fell a few times and then I heard someone... It was him. "IM GOING TO KILL YOU IF YOU DONT GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW YOU BITCH!" His voice boomed through the trees. Eventually he lost track of me and when it was getting dark I found this dirt road. I quickly turned right then left and started to run when all of a sudden I saw two bright lights coming toward me and me feet wouldn't move.

I heard the cars breaks screech to a stop. "He found me" I thought but before I could fathom my thoughts I was so stunned I fell backwards. Then a gorgeous, tall brown haired women came toward me. I begged her not to hurt me. But I couldn't get off my feet in time, she got to her knees, I was shivering, without saying anything she took off her jacket and wrapped it around me. Then she told me her car was warm, I was staring at my feet then I looked up into her big brown eyes and she helped me up off the ground. I couldn't tell if I could trust her but she felt safe, she showed me this shinny thing that looked important and told me she was "a good guy" so I obliged and sat in her car.

She promised me she wouldn't take me back and started to drive, she said we were going somewhere called "hospital" I just hope there aren't too many people there I don't want them to see all my bruises and scars.

The road was windy and I slowly drifted off.

I love to hear feedback I will update as soon as I finish the next chapter :)
