My Dream Guy

We are laying in the grass looking up at the night, the stars twinkling in the sky "They are so beautiful" I whisper breathlessly. "Not as beautiful as you" he whispers back softly I turn to face him and smile he smiles back sweetly.My breath catches at the sight of his perfect features from the green and brown swirls that make his eyes the perfect shade of hazel to the dimples that show when he smiles. "You're so cheesy" I giggle as I playfully slap his arm he just laughs along with me and replies "I cant help but be a cheesy romantic when I'm with you".At that I had to hold in an 'AWWWW' he really was the sweetest most caring person I've ever known.We just layed there and stared at eachother lovingly for a while when he suddenly cleared his throat. "Amy" he said "yeah steven?" I asked wondering what was going on in that head of his  "I love you",my heart just about burst with happiness.I had wanted to hear those exact words from him for so long! I looked straight into his eyes they had a nervous glint in them which made him look even more adorable "I love you too" I said happily the nervousness in his eyes left the second I finished the sentance and was replaced with pure happiness.He brought his hand up and caressed my cheek sparks run through me at his touch.I don't know who moved first ,but we were both leaning in closer and closer and closer and just when our lips were about to touch I was being pulled away and I woke up.I look up to see my best friend, Steven ,shaking me lightly ."Amy wake up come on you've got to get up now" he said "Why did you wake me up? I was in the middle of an amazing dream!" I groaned still angry from being ripped away from utter bliss. "Sorry amy .What was it about?" he asked seemingly trying to cheer me up."Doesnt matter" I say.Steven looked at me with a curious look on his face then just shrugged giving up on whatever he was thinking about " I was just thinking that we could go to the field and look up at the stars tonight ,if you want to" he says in a hopeful tone "That sounds great" I say ,a wide grin spreading onto my face.
