(Anthony's pov)
I felt my expression droop. Only a forty percent chance? How much blood did they need?! How... How much had Ian cut...?
"I-I..."
"Sir, Evan if you do... Pass... Your blood... Ian will survive."
The doctor seemed uncertain, worried, almost.
I knew I had to do anything to help Ian survive.
I heard a door open and looked up to see a nurse slowly step out.
"Dr,"
"Yes, thank you" the doctor cut her off.
" I know its a hard decision to make... It's your choice..."
I nodded. I felt like there was no point living without Ian. I forced myself to make my mind up.
"Ill do it"

The doctor smiled slowly. He moved his hand towards my shoulder and led me along the corridor. I sudden realised what I had done. I had given away my life.... But... For Ian, and that was worth it.
The doctor stopped me.
"Are you sure you want to-"
"I'm sure"
I just wanted to get it over with, not to have any troubles any more.
As we passed Ian's rooms I forced myself not to look.
The doctor finally arrived at one of the rooms and Pushed the door open, leading me in. The nurse was sitting at a desk, with papers in her hand.
She pushed them into me.
"I'm sorry.." She whispered. I could tell by the look in her eyes that she'd been through something like this in the past. A tear dropped off her chin.
"I'm sorry" she said again and turned away.
I knew there was no backing out now.
I let my eyes skim across the pages and finally come to a line at the very bottom of the last page.
I clicked the pen and quickly scrawled my name onto the line. My face tightened and a single tear dropped onto the page.
I handed the pages to the doctor, who had now came in with another doctor, both looking grim.
I kept my head down, afraid of what I would see if I looked up.
The nurse grabbed my arm and pushed me gently towards a chair. I sat down gently and closed my eyes.
I could feel rubber gloves tightly pinching my skin, and then the sudden clasp of plastic over my mouth.
I could just hear faint voices counting down...

(Maris pov)
I tore my eyes open. They felt weak and dry. I looked around. Then remembered where I was.
I was on my way back from the hospital, and had pulled over from the long road for a break, then drifted off to sleep.
I checked my watch. I'd only been asleep for about 10 minutes, and I decided I'd better get going.I forced myself away from the hospital.
My bottom lip started trembling and I felt like crying again. It was all too much.
I couldn't leave Anthony. He could be alone any second now and who knows what he might do if Ian... If Ian doesn't ... Survive....
I clutched the steering wheel tighter and swung it violently around, rain water spraying everywhere.
I could barley see now, tears were clogging my eyes and thought.
I had to get back to Anthony, and Ian.
