A Crazy Complicated Love

Chapter 25

Once Harrison and I arrived at the dinner party we were taken to our seats. I was seatd next to Allie while Harrison sat across from me with Nick.

"Oh my god I've missed you how have you and lover boy been?" Allie asks hugging me as I sit.

"I've missed you too and he's been great" I say.

"Have you meet Riley yet? Nick doesn't seem to like him very much" Allie says.

"I met him earlier and well I can see why, Harrisons not very fond of him either" I say.

"Oh really? Why?" she asks me.

"He tried to hit on me and Harrison caught him, he was telling me how I can do better than Harrison" I say and as if on cue Riley arrives.

He walks along the table and takes a seat next to me.

"Mia, hi, I want to say sorry about earlier" he says.

I look at Riley, not quite believing him but decide to forgive him as I have to work with him.

"It's okay Riley just please don't do it again, I-" I begin when I'm cut of by Harrison across the table.

"What are you doing sitting with MY woman" Harrison says looking at Riley.

I can't help but smile at how hot Harrison looks when he's mad and jealous.

Riley is about to speak when some more people come and sit down at the table.

Riley then leans forward and introduces himself to Allie completely ignoring Harrison.

"And who might you be?" Riley asks Allie.

"I'm Allie, Nick's partner and Mia's Best Friend" She says.

"Well Nick sure is a lucky guy to have a girl as beautiful as you" Riley says. Allie giggles at the comment when Nick cuts in.

"Oi, find your own girl" Nick says.

Riley innocently puts his hands up. "Hey no harm done, I was just complementing the beautiful lady" Riley says.

"Mia, would you like to join me for a dance, I don't feel like sitting down here right now" Harrison says standing.

"I'd love to" I say getting up and heading over to the dance floor followed by Allie and Nick.

I begin to slow dance with Harrison.

"You look really beautiful" Harrison whispers into my ear.

"You look really hot" I say to him. Harrison smirks.

"Thank you" he says.

"we should just blow of this dinner party" Harrison says.

"We're already here though" I say.

"yeah but I know some other things we could be doing" he says as he kisses my neck.

"Harrison" I say giggling.

He looks at me with a cheeky innocient look before laughing lightly.

I rest my head on his chest as we continue to dance looking at Nick and Allie. She looks so Happy with Nick. I'm glad they got together their perfect for each other.

"Their perfect aren't they" I say to Harrison.

"who? Us?" Harrison asks.

"No not us, Allie and Nick" I say.
