Chapter 10: Brave

I rounded the corner to see everyone gathered around the tv the smell of popcorn flooded my nose while faint conversations were heard slightly. Well unfortunately it's not just me and Clint but I'll survive. Thor was stationed on the left hand side beside a man with dark shaggy hair not as long as Thor's but close he held an unamused look across his face kinda like when you don't want to be somewhere but have to be that and he also gave off the whole I don't want to be here vibe. He held a book in front of his face casually flipping it here and there. Natasha was sitting next to Clint who was holding a large bowl of popcorn as usual. Tony and Bruce came up with me but already found their seats. Bruce sat next to Steve directly across from Thor and mystery guy. Tony sat at the other end of the couch Natasha and Clint were sitting on of course leaving just enough room for me to squeeze in. I shuffled across the floor plopping myself in between Tony and Clint.

"Midgard is a peculiar planet brother." The mystery man was talking to Thor. So this is Thor's brother Loki you know the guy who tried to take over the world and kill Tony we never heard the end of that Tony's still a salty potato. "Earth is not that bad brother." Thor's voice boomed per usual Thor really has no sense of volume I swear.

"Do you ever stop yelling Thor?" He questioned with a deep sigh as he turned another page in his book. "Alright what the hell is Midgard?" I ask. Yes I'm so late I know guys some things just don't register in my brain. Everyone turned to look towards me as if I just magically floated in. Loki looks at me his eyes were beyond captivating blue eyes. I'm clearly starting to think I have a thing for guys with blue eyes.

"Earth Eva, Loki and Thor are both from Asgard." Steve stated eyeing me down with a friendly smile. He sat with his leg overtop of the other leaning back with one arm stretched across the back of the couch. My mouth forms the 'o' shape "I mean I haven't seen much here Loki maybe we could go sight seeing together tomorrow!" I practically scream. Yea I scream when in slightly nervous or excited if you couldn't tell. "I have seen all I've wish to see but if you wish." He spoke never once taking his eyes away from his book when he looked at me just a few seconds before it was a like quick peek not like it really mattered but hey.

"I'll keep you two company." Natasha spoke. Now that I think about Nat, Steve and Thor I haven't spent anytime with when they are around they don't talk much unless you know Stark is annoying the crap out of everyone. "I would love that Nat we haven't had a chance to hang out yet!" I squeaked causing everyone to laugh.

"Don't let anyone get their filthy hands on my woman Nat." Tony stated throwing a wink towards me as I look at him disgusted. "Tony for the last time I'm not your fu-" I was cut off from my raging "language!" Steve yelled natural instinct here I come! "Blya podruga." I mutter under my breath causing Clint and Tony's brows to knit together.

"Podozhdite vy govorite Rossii?" Nat back fired with a smirk. "Nemnogo, da." I state.

"Alright since none of us understand a word you two are saying movie time!" Clint chirped pressing the play button on the remote. Of course Clint would choose Brave out of all the movies in the world. Everyone was intently watching the movie other than Tony who opened his mouth every five seconds. He would find something to complain about or to make comments about how Merida was Natasha's and Clint's love child or even how the movie was beyond pointless to have a Scottish girl with an arrow. After the movie ended Natasha, Steve and Bruce left for whatever reasons really didn't pay any attention I barely even noticed they left because right after Clint had put in the Harry Potter series somewhere in between Thor had gotten up, Loki and Tony both ended up passing out yeah we basically spent all day just watching movies eventful right?
