Four best friends, Taylor Giavasis, Ava Mars, Nash Grier, and Un'que Davis, have finally graduated from highschool. To celebrate, they've decided to go stay the summer at Taylor's lake house down by the beach. She has her own little piece of land at the beach which is only ten minutes away. It's the perfect get away for them before they start their lives. With their own private beach, their own boat, and their own lake house with no other houses around- its perfect.
But what happens when they get down there and a new lake house full of newly graduates has been built right beside them and they decide to waltz right over onto their beach?
Friendships will be made, some may be lost, secrets will be uncovered, and cereal will be stolen. . .

This book is dedicated to my good friend ava_writer. She's a real good friend of mine and makes amazing fanfictions so you should really go check her out!! But this is basically like a collab fanfic I guess is what you'd call it. Ava is the second girl in the cover ((YOURE SO BEAUTIFUL BTW GIRL)) and she plays Ava in the story.
