Reaching out to caress her smooth skin, he stared into her eyes and then looked down at her lips. The same routine he had practiced at the lake. She watched him carefully, her eyes soft and held with a new emotion. She craved not only his presence but his touch as well. The smell of mint and her usual strawberry lip balm danced together. As he continued to stare at her lips, she continued to search for his eyes. Licking his lips, he looked up at her, pleading for approval and she eagerly accepted, nodding her head up.

Soft.

Passionate.

Intoxicating.

Vanessa's heart began to pulsate as the lips that once crashed onto her very own for the first time, slowly removed themselves.

A cheeky smile was slapped across Justin's face while Vanessa was soft and stunned slightly.

"No hesitation." He mumbled against her lips.

"You did it." She chuckled before staring down.

He finally did it.

A smug expression washed over Vanessa's face as she looked back up and pecking his heart lips softly.

"I'm sorry I took so long." He apologized, pecking her one last time before laying her forehead against hers. Her eyes grazed up at him, an endless smile on her face before she snuck into him, wrapping her arms around his torso and smelling his strong cologne.

His heart was pounding against her ear, singing some angelic foreign tune. However, reality hit her and they were no longer the only two in the world.

Traffic wasn't dying up, sirens and car horns going off. The buildings around them were glistening. They were only able to see how beautiful the city truly was because they were roof topping. Something Justin knew held consequences if they were caught, but he didn't care and neither did Vanessa. Justin just wanted to enjoy whatever moment he had with her, but he wanted each one to be special and this definitely was, especially considering the fact that this particular building was now where he first kissed her.

Then sun disappeared long ago and the stars embraced the two as they played around the roof. Laughs emerged from the two. Justin finally caught Vanessa from behind and he lifted her up before spinning her around.

"Justin!" She screamed.

"Vanessa." He sung, causing her to laugh and tighten her grip around his arms.

"Justin." She sang back.

"Ooo, say my name again." He smirked, his voice was low and Vanessa instantly felt herself become warm. She paused for a moment before looking back at him and snickering.

"Put me down, Bieber."

"Just sing to me, please?" He pouted.

"No." Vanessa blushed causing Justin to sigh as he placed her down gently.

"That's okay, love. I got you." He smirked once again and Vanessa turned around to eye him.

"Bet." She smirked before stealing a quick kiss from him and jogging away.

"Oh, it's on." He called before following quickly behind her.

The two were out of breath before they even knew it; this time Vanessa caught Justin. She smoothly found her way behind him and placed her cheek against his back, her arms were snaked around his toned templed.

"Thank you for this." She stated as they lay down on a blanket Justin had brought up in a small backpack he packed.

"Anything for you." He stated gently, full of honesty.

Vanessa looked up at him, her fingers still toyed with the strings of his hoodie and Justin's bandaged finger tips still teased part of her lower thigh that was draped over part of torso.

Vanessa couldn't help but smile up at him.
She now knew that she genuinely have feelings for this kid and there was no need to deny it.
