Hungary For Butter

Hungary x Norway

Quite sobs can be heard from the living room of Norway's house. Norway say in the corner of his shower. He stock of butter had run dry and it was a blizzard outside so he could not go outside. Norway was having a butter shortage in his country and he was feeling depressed. Not even Iceland calling him "big brother" would cheer him up.

Hungary had heard about Norway's butter shortage so she was bringing Norway some butter in the middle of the blizzard.

Hungary knocking on the door because the door bell was frozen. She got tired of waiting for him to open the door so she just opened it herself by slamming her frying pan into the door. Hungary heard the water running so she guessed that Norway was taking a shower. She put down the ice box of butter then wrapped herself in a blanket to warm up. She was stuck outside in a blizzard for a few hours. "Norway I brought some butter so come down when you are ready and out of the shower!!"

Hungary sat down in the blanket and fell asleep. Sometime later she awoke to the squawking of a bird. She got up and threw the blanket off and ran upstairs to the bathroom and opened the door and saw Norway strangling and trying to drown Iceland's puffin. She ran to Norway and made him let go of the bird. "What were you doing?!!! Iceland loves that bird as much as his fridge!!"

no response.

"I brought you butter that I made just for you!! I am trying to help you!!" Hungary had her frying pan above Norway's head and was about to beat him. Norway so whimpered at the thought of the manly Hungary hitting him this her frying pan.

"B-butter desu!!!" Norway cried out. Hungary dropped her frying pan and grabbed Norway by his shirt collar and she began to shake him violently.

"Forget about butter desu Norge! Think about me! I travel from Hungary to here and I did that in the middle of this blizzard!" Hungary looked into Norway's deep blue eyes.

"Please for me Norge."

"Don't call me Norge...."

Hungary let go of Norway and smiled. "Yeeeee I got you to talk!" She hugged the small male nation and kissed his cheek.

A blush crept up Norway's cheek. "Y-you said you b-brought some butter right?" Norway was obviously flustered from the quick kiss that the female gave to him.

"Yeah I did." The Hungarian voice sounded slightly saddened from Norway quickly moving on and rejecting her.

"I put it in an ice box and it should still be in living room...."

"Thanks Hungary. Why did you come and give me butter did any of the others Nordics put you up to this?" Norway questioned Hungary   Putting her on the spot.

"Well I choose to do this... The other Nordics have just told everyone your situation at the world meetings and I thought I would come and help you out." A blush was noticeable on the Hungarian's face.

Norway looked at Hungary then got up to go get the butter, when he finally noticed that Hungary's face was red. "Are you alright?! I forgot that you where outside in the storm!! You must be really cold! I am such a bad host!" Norway started pacing around and grabbed a blanket and put it on the Hungarian.

"I'm fine trust me Norge! But thanks for the blanket it is really warm and comfy..." With that she fell asleep on the bathroom floor. Norway smiled and picked up Hungary and brought her into his room so she could sleep comfortably.

When Norway set Hungary down and put the blankets on top of her and he kissed her forehead and left the room and closed the door halfway. "Thank you Hungary for bringing me some butter."

A few hours later Hungary woke up and left the bedroom and walked to the living room and saw Norway sleeping. She walked up to him and sat next to him. Norway woke up and did not want to disturb Hungary so he pretended to sleep. After 10 minutes Norway sat up and kissed Hungary's cheek. Hungary blushed profusely  and turned her head around so no one could see her red face. Norway look away sadly. "S-sorry"

They sat in silence for awhile. "Norge?"

"Don't call me Norge"

"...can I ask you something please?"

"What is it?" Norway looked at Hungary

"This..." Hungary put her hand on Norway's cheek and leaned in and kissed him on his lips. She pulled away after a few seconds. Norway's face was beet red.

Norway stayed silent for awhile still processing what just happened. He looked over at Hungary and saw that tires where present in her eyes. "I-I uhh well ummm...." He was so flustered he could not talk.

"You hate me don't you....." The tears started

flowing and she was crying.

"I don't hate you Hungary! I uhh just ummm well I uhh... I umm don't really know...  S-sorry..."

"Y-you don't?! I thought you would."

"Well I kinda kissed you first so why would I be mad at you?"

"Yeah... Do you know when this storm might end I have to head back home soon..."

"I don't know. I just know it will last a long so you better get comfy."

"Ok!" Hungary snuggled up to the Norwegian and fell asleep with him waiting for the storm to pass.
