Ch. 4

Melody's P.O.V:

"Bye Louis." I say and hold the door open for him.

"Bye Melody." he kissed my cheek then walked out of the door. I shut the door behind him then helping Elena change into her pj's and tuck her into bed. "Goodnight princess." I kiss her forehead and get up to walk out of the room

"Goodnight mummy." She yawns and rolls over.

I quietly close the door and walk into my room changing into my pajamas and falling into a peaceful sleep.

I wake up to hear my door creek open.

"Mummy?" Elena asks

"Yes princess?"

"I can't sleep, can I sleep with you?" she walked over to me.

"Sure." I lift the covers up and Elena slides in and cuddles into the pillow. I turn and fall back asleep.

I wake up before Elena and walk out of the room quietly making sure that I don't wake her up.

I picked up my phone and played the song 'Let Her Go' by Passenger, and it made me relate to the song.

'You only love her when you let her go.

And you let her go'

That's like mine and Niall's situation. except now I really don't even know if he loves/loved me or not. All I know is that he let me slip away from him like what we had meant nothing to him. And most importantly; he let me go.

I sigh and start making breakfast.

After I finish making some Mac and cheese I place two bowls onto the table and call Elena.

She cheerfully skips into the kitchen and digs in.

I shake my head and laugh at her as I sit down and eat too.

When we both finish I clean the dishes then sit down on the couch and watch tv with Elena.

She cuddles into my side as we watch spongebob together. Aye, don't judge, I love spongebob.

My phone rings and I pick it up without looking at the caller ID.

"Thank god you picked up." that Irish accent rang through the speaker. I gulped, "What do you want Niall?" I ask

"We'll you see I've been trying to communicate with you over the passed year and a half and you finally answer."

"I do have a reason, you cheated on me AGAIN." I emphasized on the word again.

"Mel hear me out."

"First of all you don't call me that, only friends do." I growled through the phone,"second of all I don't think I should, I mean after all you did cheat on the twice."

"You cheated on me too!" Niall cried out,"Except I actually didn't get her pregnant Mel, it-"

I cut him off,"Melody to you." I really don't care if I sound like a complete bitch right now.

"Whatever, but I was a false alarm. I never got her pregnant nor do I know her. That girl lied Melody, it was her intention not wanting us to get married please Melody, I love you."

The thing is do I still love him?
