And that was the sound of I and bella singing along to "work by rihanna and drake" while it played on my speakers , terribly singing it might I add.
We were currently doing our makeup. Bella with a natural eye shadow ,winged eyeliner and dark red lipstick , and me with a light golden shadow, layers of mascara and pink nude lipstick .

"How does it look" she asked after completely adding her lipstick.

"Beautiful". Bella really looked beautiful with or without any makeup on .

"Mine too?"

"Perfect. first party of the school year , its always epic. "

"Especially when its tracy's"

"Ditto"she replied

"Shoot I forgot my straightener. I'm using yours , you can use it later "

"Sure. Im not using it anyways. I'm curling my hair . You know where it is "

"Well duh"

"Well duh"i replied in the same tone, picking up the curler.

It's 6:30 , and the party starts by 7. But we are planning on leaving by 8:00 , which is when nick should be getting here. Tracy's new house is like 20 minutes from mine . And we dont want to arrive too early .

I took a glance in the mirror , satisfied with what I had done and left the toilet. Still in my shorts and tank top, so was bella .we decided to get dressed by 7:30, so we did the things that take time first and picked our clothes out already, me wearing a black crop top and ripped jeans and some black heels and Bella wearing a short jean jumpsuit with dark red sandal heels. Listening to , cheap thrills by sia now, I jump on the bed and flip open one of my mom's latest magazines that she sent home along with some new clothes , that she said "I will die if I made these and my daughter did not have them"i smiled , I miss her and dad.

"Thinking about your parents?"

"Yeah , how'd you know?"

"Come on I always know what you're thinking about. 1 .your face always gives it away. And 2. You had that sad"i miss you" smile on your face . Dont worry winters coming soon , you'll definitely see her and besides you face time and speak to each other on phone.

"I know , we talked like a week ago on face time for about 30 minutes before she had to go. Its just not the same. "

"I know hun."she did . Her parents travel a lot , some times for months , so I know she gets it.

"But lets not think about that. We have a pretty amazing party to get to, and we are going to have fun and get you a guy missy"she said to lift my feelings up and it worked.

"Yeah! time to party . Guys are pains in the ass"

"Yeah i know right. Nick's a pain In the ass sometimes, but he's my pain in the ass. "
