"You're late miss macaulay"

"So sorry Mrs laupart, I over slept" I said to my math teacher .

"Well miss you're 45 minutes late for class ,so you'll be having detention after school"

"What?!" I just over slept and it was just the second day of school and I'm getting a detention. What did I do to deserve this universe! .
I did not even eat and I had to rush to pick my clothes (which consisted of a black and yellow flower pattern short sleeved mid thigh dress and black sandals ..I applied no makeup just my lip balm ) and I just streaked my hand through my hair this morning .

"You're disrupting my class, take your seat "

I was fuming and muttering incoherent words under my breath while walking to my seat beside harry .

"What was that miss macaulay"

"Nothing" I said turning my head and giving the best fake smile ever . Then taking my seat .

"Sorry about that" harry said

"I'll deal, thanks" I said looking up at him , and he nodded.

Harry was a mixed, dark skinned guy with green eyes and very curly jet black hair, which he packed into a bun on his head . He was hot no doubt, nice and incredibly smart too. He had this boy next door feel to him. That's why I liked him. Wait hold on , not like as in like like. But like as in a friend.

Turning back to math. I disliked math. It seriously is mental abuse to humans. (Math). I still tried my best to focus , that is until a flying paper hit my head, and harry chuckled , before I gave him a playful glare.

"Ow". Okay to be honest, it didn't hurt . I looked back and realised it was bella after she sent me a wink. I stuck my tongue out at her and picked up the paper .

'Hiya bitch' it said . It was a joke obviously guys.

I wrote on the back before throwing it at her too . 'Go to sleep hoe ' she read when she opened it.

"I know , I'm tired , they bore me" she mouthed to me before pointing at the teacher and delanie who was asleep next to her.

I smiled shaking my head and turning back to learn. 40 minutes left. Oh boy.

Fifth period ended and it was time for lunch .I was starving , and I hadn't eaten since morning, well I had an apple , but it doesn't count.

Nick wasn't in school today , he went to meet his mum in the hospital , she had problems with her spinal cord and has been in the hospital for 2 months , and she had her second surgery this morning, it was a success, thank God . Mindy was like a mother to me, to us all too. She has three procedures and the next one is next month so she will probably be in the hospital for another 2 or 1 and a half months . She is a writer and journalist and nick's dad plays soccer professionally . Anyways back to now.

I was on my way to the cafeteria with bella.

"My parents are leaving again"

"Sorry about that bells"

"I'm used to it. This time it's not even about work , they are just going on their own vacation"

"Oh wow, why now though, I mean they had the whole summer"

"Exactly , but they said they stayed with me during the summer and they want some time to their selves. I mean they stayed 3 weeks , then had work"
