I am shaken awake. I rub my eyes and spot someone standing above me. It is Kacey.
I was surprised he showed face at the party, after the video of him getting beat up by Gale went viral. "We gotta get out of here!!" He shouted.
I stood up and he pointed out the window. Three police cars were parked in front of Daniel's house.
Panic rushes through me and I realize we are in the guest room. "WAIT. DID WE..." I gasp. "No no no I just ran into here to hide." He explained. I sighed with relief and told him that we need to escape through the window.
I check my phone and see a text from Audrey saying "We are all at the mall. Please make it out safe." And it was sent 4 minutes ago.
Kacey and I were at the top floor, so climbing down was kind of a night mare but some how we managed. He holds out his hand and helps me down. "Thanks..." I said. "I don't think we really introduced ourselves... I'm Kacey Morgan." He smiled. "Fiona Diamond." I shook his hand. "We better get to the mall now before the police see us." I said and we walked to the mall and met up with everyone.
Audrey and I hugged. I could tell she was really relived that I was safe. She gave Kacey a look and flicked him off.
She didn't like him because of something that happened with Daniel. There was always some kind of feud between this group.
"Why the hell were the police at your house?" I asked Daniel. "I don't know... The loud music probably but they must have found all the drugs and drinks by now so I'm in deep shit now." He sighed.
I walked up to Sid. "Hey." I said. He looked away from me. "Sid? Please don't do this again..." I wanted to cry.
I remember the fight that Sid and Daniel had, and that's why they were so far away from each other.
"Dude just fucking talk to her." Jeremy said annoyed. Sid looked at Jeremy for a second and said "I don't have to do shit." Then he walked away with Kacey and some other guy. Kacey looked back, waved bye to me and I did it back.
"Why do you always fall for the dick holes..?" Audrey whispered to me. "I don't know." I sighed and kicked the trash can hard, making everyone jump.
