Yesterday was rough, I don't even want to think about it. I'm happy to be going to my dorm. I have to remember to unpack all my things. I wonder if my roommate will be there? I hope she's like me, I really don't want a party animal for a roommate. I like my peace and quiet.

"Hi! You must be Katherine. I'm Maddie, your roommate!"

She was very cheery and happy, and there wasn't a single tattoo or weird piercing on her body, thank god. She's very pretty, too. I envy her hair color. I've always loved ginger's hair, it's a shade you can only get naturally and it's absolutely beautiful. I have a feeling we're going to be best friends.

"Hey, if you're not doing anything, I was going to go get school supplies then grab some lunch. Wanna come with?"

"Yeah, i'd love too." I really wanted to unpack all of my stuff so I can feel at home, but I guess I have tomorrow to do that. Plus, it'll be nice to hang out with her and get to know her.

After we got our stuff, we stopped by Chipotle for lunch. Just as I thought everything was going swell, I saw the curly haired boy sitting down enjoying a burrito bowl. This was the first time we saw each other after my deflowering. As I make my way over to say hi, I was stopped by a girl approaching him. He gives her a little peck on the cheek and she giggles. I feel this lump forming in my throat. I try my best to hold it down.

"Hey, um, Maddie, can we go somewhere else to eat? I'm not really feeling Chipotle."

"But you were so excited not too long ago?"

"I know but..." My words fade out and my eyes travel to Harry and the girl.

"Hey, do you know who she is?"

"Oh, yeah. That's Lou Thompson, sophomore."

    "Oh."

I don't understand why I'm so upset, we're not even dating. I barely even know him for god's sake! I just need to forget about it, pretend that he never took it from me. But how can I? That was suppose to be the most romantic moment of my life with the one I love. Instead I got pains whenever I moved and an odor of Windex.

"Okay, something seems to be bothering you. How about we go to Chick-Fil-A?"

    "That sounds yummy."

Of course me being my clumsy self, I turn around and run into someone with a tray. Food goes everywhere and ruins my clothes. Everyone's eyes go directly on us and I look up to Harry staring at me. My faces flushes and it's just as red as his. He quickly looks away as if he doesn't know me at all. I grabbed Maddie, ran to the car, and drive away.
