Vanessa's two weeks were officially up by Wednesday and Justin was taking advantage of it. Whenever he wasn't taking care of his younger siblings or working on his music, he'd hit Vanessa up, after school of course, just to hear her angelic voice or endure her radiant aura. Instead of a party on a weekday, the new enforcement was taken into consideration once again. The word of the party being back on spread like a wildfire by Tuesday morning and nothing could've been done to prevent it. Although, it spread rapidly, students attempted to keep it hush-hush around administration for obvious reasons. Underage beverages and harsh toxins which were also illegal, flowing in and out of the function even more risky. Who cared though? Thursday night, tonight, was preparation while Friday was when the real fun began. This left enough time for the hangovers to be absent when school came around.
"Let me show you something this time." Justin whispered as he offered Van his hand. She looked at it for a moment before laying her palm into his. As soon as she did, he intertwined their fingers and began to walk down the pathway. Her skin began to tingle, a warm sensation washing over her as she glanced down at their skin greeting each other. His veins bulging here and there as he led her to wherever he had in mind. Green welcomed them and a semi moist climate.
"If I had known we were walking into the woods, I'd have worn something different."
"What you have on is fine." He stated honestly, pushing back some tree branches. The ground's floor grunted with each step the two took. Dead branches, dirty leaves, and mud all made contact with the soles of Vanessa's beaten chucks and Justin's semi-old free runs.
"Where are we going?" She questioned after a few moment, noticing they had been walking for a good minute or two now.
"It's a surprise." Justin whispered.
"Justin." Vanessa chuckled.
"We're almost there." He stated, glancing over his shoulder. "Come on." He called as he began to pick up his pace. The two jumped over fallen tree trunks and scavenged the roots of the wood's floors. Vanessa laughed in the process and lose strands that parted with her high bun, danced with the wind.

Throughout the journey, I couldn't help but ask multiple questions. Typically, I wasn't the type to question much but Justin hadn't told me a single thing. Directly after school he told me he'd pick me up at four. He didn't ask if that was fine (which it was) and he didn't tell where he would be taking me, he simply told me he'd be there and he was, directly on the dot. I was half-way ready when I heard him hunk, a typical thing he began to do ever since our first encounter. I told him, he didn't have to do that when my dad wasn't around but still, he wanted there to be no conflicts. I was excited beyond words. A pair of high waisted ripped shorts covered my small bottom and a white cropped tank rested on my upper half beneath my flannel. I felt as if I was taking a lifetime when in actuality it was less than three. With my busted chucks in my hand I jumped down three steps and slid. Turning towards the right, I headed towards the foyer and slipped on my chucks. Things went off from there.
