Rowan's P.O.V

"HAPPY 16TH BIRTHDAY ROWAN!" Sab screamed in my ear, waking me up with a jolt.

"Thanks. But do that again and I'll kill you before your nineteenth birthday." I threatened sitting up.

"Yikes, Birthday girl is cranky. Well, I made you cheesecake-pancakes with maple syrup and love so don't kill me. Oh, and we have to get you down to the studio early, the make-up team agreed to glam you up for your Sweet 16 tonight!" Sab squealed pushing me towards my special breakfast.

"Thanks Sab." I yawned taking a bite of my pancakes.

"No problem my 16 yr old Best friend." She squealed staring at me happily while I ate.

When I was done with my pancakes she grabbed my hand, a robe and dragged me towards her car. When we got to the studio it was empty--expected since it's 9:00 AM on a Saturday-- except for my prep team.

"Hi Yoselin, hey Mike." I greeted hugging them.

(A/N Hi Yosy, My bfftlewad--love ya)

"Why hello birthday girl. Are you excited? You're turning 16!" Yos cheered pushing me into a makeup chair.

"Well yeah, of course I'm excited. Are we going to use a dress from wardrobe? Shouldn't I dress before you do all my makeup and hair?" I asked standing up for the chair.

"Look at that, she's 10 minutes into being 16 and she's already a genius!" Sabrina gushed hooking are arms and leading me to wardrobe.

I looked through all of Riley's clothes until I found a knee-length, sleeveless blue length gown that dipped down into a V-Shape at the back. I picked out some funky silver flats (I do not need more height) to pair with it. The shoes matched my promise necklace -- *sigh*I miss him...NO. He screwed up, not you!-- and I was told they'd do my make-up and hair to match.

I pulled on the dress, ballet style flats, and even some diamond earrings to match. I went back out and Sab & Mike clapped wildly, while Yoselin had her hand over her heart and was whispering 'gorgeous, just gorgeous' to herself. I curtsied and almost fell over. "I really am clumsy", I thought as I sat in the hair chair since I assumed hair came first.

The was a lot of pulling, tugging, brushing, curling, accessorizing and even cutting. They cut my hair to my shoulders instead of the middle of my back and gave me a side bang. The accessories they added were a thin silver clip-in streak, very subtle silver glitter, and real diamond tiara.

I wasn't allowed to look at my whole outfit until the whole look was over so they had covered every mirror. It took a lot of self-control to just be able to see bit and pieces of my whole look. I moved to the makeup chair and Yoselin went to work on her magic.

From what I could catch I have on light electric blue eye-shadow, more subtle silver glitter in my clear mascara, and some nude lipstick topped with lip gloss. I think she did Cat-eyes as well because she was drawing on my eyes for a while. Then she did something really different, she picked up a fake tattoo but before she applied to, God knows where, she paused and look at my confused face.

"Do you want a real one instead? We can numb you so there's zero pain..." She asked.

I thought about it for a second. What tattoo would I get? The idea of a bird tattoo on my back made me really happy...I wonder if this would affect the show? Nah, they don't let us show any skin--that's way too "PG-13" for Disney. (Note my sarcasm)

"Umm..sure, I want a small humming bird tattoo on my right shoulder blade." I specified sitting up.

Sabrina had a shocked look on her face but Yoselin nodded approvingly. She called someone on her phone and within 30 minutes a guy with a lot of tattoos came with a big smile on his face.
