On a planet that Ezra had never seen or visited before, he was exploring a large jungle with Anakin, Sabine and Ahsoka. How they managed to convince the adults of the Ghost crew to let them leave the ship whilst they worked on the repairs?? None of them knew. But Hera had seemed to happily agree once the youngest crew member expressed how he had never seen a place like what was outside before. Now, however, the four friends were travelling through trees as Sabine was determined to find a bunch of colourful flowers to sketched and paint; the two girls were chatting together, collecting the flowers that caught their eye and placing them in the basket that they had brought with them.

The two boys, on the other hand, were rather silent considering they were normally making the most noise. It was....suspicious. "Hey guys" Anakin called out to Sabine and Ahsoka who were bent down in front of a large patch of flowers; they looked over their shoulders and asked what he wanted, only to be asked a question of his own "do you hear that??". Had the brown haired Jedi heard a wild animal?! Were there Imperal's near by?! Listening out intensely, they only heard....nothing?? "Nope" Sabine stated simply "why?? What did you hear??" she asked; both the force users chuckled "listen closely" was all Ezra told them.

Doing so again, they still couldn't hear anything "listen to what?!" Ahsoka asked, becoming fustrated as, for all she or Sabine knew, there might have been a threat not to far away that they couldn't hear; the boys smirked as they spoke in sync together "to the jungle rhythm". Still confused, Anakin and Ezra opened their mouths and....began to sing?!

Anakin
Ezra
Ahsoka
Sabine
EZRA AND ANAKIN
All

"That morning sun peeks over the mountains,
And all the rhinos rub their eyes,
When they hear,
Hear what,
Hear the jungle rhythm,
Those birds are tap-tap-tappin' the tree trunks,
The busy bee hums as he flies,
Loud and clear,
To the jungle rhythm...

...Now you can hightail it out of the jungle,
But it never leaves your heart,
First you feel that beat start
bubbling under,
Then you hear the tom-toms,
Loud as thunder,
It's moving me,
Sounds a lot like being free
When you feel
Feel the jungle rhythm
Feel the jungle rhythm...

...Come on girls,
Can't do without rhythm,
And when it fills the air,
Animals everywhere,
Join in the dance,
You'll dance along with 'em,
Feeling it steal your soul,
We'll stomp our paws,
Flap our wings,
Maybe do one or two crazy things...

...Kan Khan,
Yeah that's it,
Uh ha, uh ha...

...Check out those chat-chat-chattering monkeys,
Swinging through the banyan trees,
Two by two,
Two by two,
To the jungle rhythm,
Sounds like a wolf pack,
Way in the distance,
Woo-woo-woo,
Woo-woo-woo,
To the jungle rhythm...

...Yeah! That's it...

...Now you can hightail it out of the jungle,
But it never leaves your heart,
First you feel that beat start,
Bubbling under,
Then you hear the tom toms,
Loud as thunder...

...It's moving me,
Sounds a lot like being free
When I feel,
When I feel,
When I feel,
When I feel,
Feel the jungle rhythmmmm,
Feel the jungle rhythmmmm,
Feel the jungle rhythmmmm,
Feel the jungle rhythmmmm,
Feel the jungle rhythmmmm".

Laughing together, the four soon found themselves sat down in the middle of an open area within the jungle as they listened to the rhythm that captivated their ears. "It's amazing" Samile smiled as Ahsoka agreed before turning towards the two boys, taking them for helping them hear the jungle rhythm. Remaining where they were for a while longer, the four friends eventually returned to the Ghost after Kanan had called them over their coms to head back. One the way back, they collected many more flowers before reaching the ship where they joined the others for dinner; Hera informed them that they would be leaving for Lothal the next morning as all of the repairs had been completed before asking how their day had been exploring.

Before any of them knew it, Kanan called for lights out as it was rather late; they all retreated to their cabins and were soon fast asleep - all for except Ezra. He rose from his bed once he was sure everyone within the Ghost was sleeping soundly and tip toed his way through the hallways until he finally outside again; he took a seat down on the ramp of the ship, silently listening to the rhythm that was so foreign to him. Lothal was a very dry and sandy planet, no jungles or trees to be seen anywhere!! This planet.....it was beautiful. It was also something he didn't understand - the rhythm that is.

So the boy just sat, listened and watched as sometimes to know something, find something out or to even understand it, all you need to do is step back and look at the multiple of angles that it gifted you to see and hear all it was telling you.
