Chapter 2

Yein's POV

I walked in this beautiful meadow. Nothing here. But.... I felt peace? I didn't know what kind of feeling is this. Then, there is a boy far away from me. Who is he? He looks familiar.I try to walk closer to him. Maybe I can recognized him. I just one step closer to him but suddenly there is fire surrounding me. My god. I panicked. I ran from the fire, I ran to the boy maybe he can help me. But the fire seems following me. The fire keep coming toward me. Waitt... I can't breath. It's getting hot in here. It's surrounding me. The boy finally notice me I think, because he is running toward me now. But the same thing happen to him. The fire surrounding him also. We both try to get closer to each other. Maybe we can get out from this fire together.We both try to reach our hand.I can see him now. Is he?.... Wait nevermind. I felt like I have to get out here soon. Just 1 cm more and I can touch him. I can... finally... touch him

I woke up from my dream. I gasped for air. Thank God it was a dream. But it seems so real and there is him? My crush? Aisshh I must be thinking of him before I went to sleep last night. Woahh it's really hot in here. I looked at the clock. It's still 5 in the morning but why it feels so hot. I decided to take a shower.

Gosh, eventhough I just finished showering but It still feel hot. Did I have a fever? I better check my temperature. I opened my cabinet to search for my termometer. I put the termometer in my armpit. Now I just wait until it make a sound. Aishh It's getting hotter in here. My hand feels... so hot!! I can't stand it. Is this termometer broken? Why it taking so long? Aishh nevermindd.. I need water now!!. I ran to my bathroom and trying to wash my hands with cold water. It's still hot, my hands is so hot until they became red. I need.. ice!! Yes I need ice. I have to get some ice from the kitchen. But then.. something happen that shock me.

There is fire!! Ani.. my hands are on fire!! Ohmygod what shoud I do?? Arrghhhh. I try to pour it with cold water but the fire is still there. Then, there is knock on my door.

"Yein, are you awake? What's happen Yein? I heard your scream" My mom said from outside my room.

Aiishh what should I do now? I can't tell mom about, ani I don't know how to explain this situation to her. "Nothing omma! It just... there is cockroach! It suprised me" Good, I just lied to my mom..

"Aisshh I thought something happen to you. Okay then, prepare yourself ready for school. I think appa can drive you to school before he go to work."

"Arasseo omma"

Finally, the fire is gone. Woahh my brain still can't process what just happen. Nevermind. I have to go to school today. Let's figure it out after school Yein.

At school

Argghh I can't concentrate on any of my lesson today. I need to find out what happen to me. But.. how? There is no one that I can ask and I don't know how to search that kind of information. I looked outside the window. Then, I saw him. My crush. Wait, I saw him in my dream last night? Maybe he can help me to find out about this whole situation. And.. It add one reason that I should talk to him hehe.

Right now, it's recess time. I have to find him now. Maybe he is in the canteen. Yup there he is. He just sitting on the corner, alone. Strange. Usually he would hang out with his friend. And he seems like have a deep thought. I walk closer to him. I'm nervous right now. Can I talk to him? Really? Okay now I just five more steps toward him. But, he still don't notice me I think. I froze. What should I say to him? 'Annyeong Jungkook oppa?' Aishh pabo, how I can call him oppa. I'm not close enough of him. 'Annyeong Jungkook-ssi?' Is it too formal? I just want to chat with him. 'Annyeong?' Yeahh.. I think this will do.

"Annyeong Yein-ssi" Wait.. I think I totally lost in my mind back there until I didn't notice that he is standing in front of me right now.

"I thought I hear you calling me" he said. Waitt.. I didn't call him, yet. I plan to but no he was the one that call me first.

"Ne.. Annyeong Jungkook-ssi. Well... I have something to ask you." I didn't dare to look him in the eye.

'She is cute hehe'

"You think I am cute?" I swear that was his voice that I hear. He seems surprised about what I said

"Eo... Uhm.. Let's go somewhere more quiet? It's too loud in here" Oh great Yein you just make it more awkward. Aishh pabo. I cursed myself

Then, he lead me to the school yard. There are still students here but not many because most of them are having lunch in the canteen. Okay.. now we are standing face to face. It's too awkward. I can't look at him. So I just take my gaze to the ground.

'Well, if you want to talk me, you have to look at me'

Eo.. I shocked then I start to lift my head so I can see him. Oh my god, his eyes so beautiful. How I can talk while looking at those eyes.

'My eyes beautiful aren't they?' Eo... But... he just talked to me... without his lips moving?

Then he smirks. Wait.. what is he up to?

'Nothing, I just want to test my theory and it's true.'

Huh? What's theory?

'That I can read your mind and you can read mine'

"What??" I.. c-can.. r-r-read.. his mind? And I thought there is nothing could get worse than my hands were on fire this morning.

"Your hands are on fire???" Now he seems shocked

"Sshhh" I try to keep him quiet. I don't want people think I weird right? Ahh... so it's true. We can telepath.

'My hands were also on fire this morning' Great, now we're talking through our mind I think and we have the same problem...

We have to find out what happen to us

"But how?" he said.

Well, I think we back to square one now... But at least I know I'm not alone...
