Chapter 1

(Shae In p.o.v)

'Hoseok !! You dead bruh ? You're so slow..' I screamed at him because he's taking a long time. 'Okay, okay. Wait, let me grab my phone. One more thing, I'm an oppa to you.' He said.

'I know.. Your face looks old enough to be my brother. Where's your skateboard?' I asked while jumping up and down because I'm so excited to finally get out of this house.

Last week was so hectic that I didn't get a chance to get my daily walk and my mother decided to move to Seoul because it's nearer to her work place than in Busan.

Right now, my bro and I decided to stroll around the neighborhood and go to the skatepark that we found before.

Tomorrow is my first day of school, so I'm going to enjoy the freedom while it lasted.

'Should we greet our neighbour? Its been one week and we don't even know our neighbour name.' He asked me when we were about to get out.

'Nah.. It's in the middle of the night, I'm sure they are resting. We can't disturb them.' I said while glancing at our neighbour house.

He just shrugged and we move towards the skatepark. When I saw the skatepark from afar, I started to run full speed and jump up and down while waiting for my brother to arrived.

'Hey !! Why are you so excited?' Suddenly I heard someone greet me from behind. I yelped and my skateboard fall from my hand.

I immediately check my skateboard to make sure that my baby is not scratch. I sighed in relief and look at the person who almost make my baby scratch.

'Hi.. Its been a long time since I last played with my skateboard. So yeah..' I said awkwardly while hoping that my brother would come here faster.

'Yah !! Why did you leave me? If you're lost I'm going to kill you.' He complained and I just rolled my eyes.

'Hi stranger !! What's your name?' My very talkative brother asked. 'Hey, I'm Kim Mae Ni. I've never seen you guys around this area before.. Are you guys new?'

'Yeah, we just move here. We're from Busan.' My brother answered. I leave them to continue their chit chatting and I started to ride my skateboard. I skate for hours by myself and stop by a lake.

New school.. Again.. Ugh.. If I asked my mom about homeschooling, I'm sure she will nagged about how I need to socialize. For the sake of my ear, I choose the safe way.

Okay so.. 'Where is the administration office..?' I asked the tree beside me. I kicked the tree in frustration but then suddenly, I saw the sign to the administration office. 'Ok.. Bye tree. See you soon.' I said while waving at the tree.

'What are you doing..?' Suddenly someone appear behind me. I turned around and saw a guy with gray hair and resting-bish-face staring at me. What should I do.. Should I run or.. just pretend to be dead. I'M SO BRILLIANT !! Yes now just fall and pretend I'm dead.

Okay, here goes nothing..

'Oh god.. What the heck just happen..? Hey there..You ok?'

Suddenly I feel myself being lift up by a person. Oh God.. No.. What have i done in my entire 16 years of living to deserve this.. Please God, can't you just let me live peacefully for once..

I jumped off the person arms and accidently sprained my ankle. 'I'm fine now, you can go.' I said while trying to not groaned in pain. 'You sure about that..?' The boy said suspiciously. I just nodded and wave him off.

I lifted myself up and limped towards the front door. On my way there, I trip on a water bottle. Like where the heck did the water bottle came from. I think Namjoon a.k.a my illegal brother clumsiness has affected me..

When I almost arrived at the front door, someone pulled my arm and dragged me towards the school infirmary. 'Hey stop ! What are you doing !' I shouted while flailing my arm as an attempt to break free.

Without a word, he start to aid my ankles. 'Hey.. Thanks for the help..' I said awkwardly towards the blonde man. 'Nope. I'm Kim Seokjin, the school nurse.' He said while winking at me. I blushed and frantically look at the floor.

Someone.. Save me from this embarrassment.. Suddenly a girl barged in with a bright smile. 'Oppa !! I found Hoseok, the guy from the park. Did you see his younger sis-' The girl I recognized as Mae Ni stop her rambling and stared at me.

'You !! Yes !! I finally found you, I have so many things to talk about with you. And I see that you have met my brother !!'

'Yeah.. Anyways.. I gotta go, my brother probably wai-'

And once again, ladies and gentlemen. The door magically slams open and rainbow come out with skittles and a blinding sun a.k.a J-Horse walk in. Ahem I mean, my brother.

'How many times should I tell you to not do things without thinking or looking ? Don't ask how I know what happen, I have the brother instinct.'

'Hobiiie ~ Can you carry me ? My legs hurt..' I said while doing my best aegyo voice. He sighed and nudged me to jump on his back. 'How can I say no to that face and voice. You cute lil piece of sh- sheep'.
