The Beginning

I stand behind stage, legs shaking and my heart beating. The crowd chant my name excitedly saying "Taylor, Taylor, Taylor!" waiting for me to appear. I watch the dancers dance their part, the part they rehearsed for my song "lucky you." The music lowers down and the lights dim. I hear the crowd scream just like they did on my last tour. I rub my hands together and step on a lift that takes me up to the stage. That was it, this was the beginning of something special. "Taylor wake up!" I hear my mum calling my name and I open my eyes and the dream ends, that's it? Now I'll never find out how it really feels to perform on stage to thousands of people. Do you ever have dream when there is a really good part and you know it's going to be good, but you suddenly wake up and you never get to find out how good it is? I get that, alot! "Taylor you have to go to school, or you're going to be late." My mum says again. "Okay, okay." I get out of bed and pick out clothes for school, it's usually the white dress and the cowboy boots style when it comes to my favourite style of fashion, the country music inspires me. I walk downstairs and rush to the door, hair down, my bag over my shoulder just like normal. A yellow school bus beeps outside my house, I usually walk but since I have a stitches in my leg it's not such a great idea. I get on the bus and sit right next to the window. "TAYLOR!!!" I look around and see Drew behind me. "Oh hey Drew." Smiling sweetly as I usually do when he's around. Drew is my secret crush, his slicked back brown hair, his brown eyes makes me attractive to him.
