It was a normal day. Or...at least...that's what I thought.... Everyone was happy. All seemed normal as I walked out to my sentry station only to be stopped by my 12 year old sister who was walking back with a monster.....holy shit. I started running over but slowed to a walk as I saw that my sister was in fact unharmed. The monster at her side was short and actually kinda cute.

My sis said that the skeleton was in fact female how do skeletons even have genders. I quietly pondered this but never really said anything about it. I still marveled that a monster would climb Mount Ebott. "Lotus...?" She turned to look at me "yeah?" I try to smile. "Why did you come here?" She turns away, a sad smile on her face. "The same reason anyone else does" Well my question has been answered... she seemed to be more comfortable around humans. "What do you mean Lotus?" My sister asked, she's the innocence of the family....or at least what's left of it..... "H-heh my....Friends dared me to see if the legends were true...." I could tell she was lying. But my sister seemed to believe it, "And well...I always wanted to meet a human" I smile and Lotus looks to me. "Well I'll make sure you enjoy it here!!" Heh that's my sister alright, always seeing the bright side of things. "Oh, Lotus you didn't happen to meet someone already? I don't know her name but we like to talk sometimes through the door." Lotus nods "yes I met her....wait- she talked about someone too. You must be the person she talks to through the door right??" I laugh at the perfect coincidence "yes I beLEAF that is me. We told a ton of jokes through the door. It was really fun" Lotus starts laughing and my sister looked at me blankly "Rose no...." I grin "oh Rose yes" Lotus looks at me smiling "Tabia honest with you I like puns too!" My sister just stared "not you too" she almost whined "what is it Sister of mine? Aren't these puns tickling your funny bone?" I tried not to laugh "Uggggghhhhhh, oh thank goodness we're here" She sounded relieved. I looked at our home town. "Heh well Lotus welcome to our home town"
