Chapter 11 : Management & Suprises

*Zayn's P.O.V.*

"I'm not to positive that it's gonna work but hey , it's worth a shot. Everything always works out in the end anyway."Arianna's voice rang out as I walked onto the stage where everyone else was talking quietly.

"What's going on here? You know secrets don't make friends."I said seriously as I crossed my arms over my chest staring at the group in front of me expectantly. I cocked an eyebrow as they all looked at each other.

"Well , we were just talking about um...how getting Josh a new girlfriend probably might not work since he still has feelings for Lucy."Edith answered as everyone else immediately agreed with her.

"Right...I'll let you all get with this little lie this time. We have to go the because we have a meeting with management early in the morning."I sighed as I remembered the phone call I had received from them.

"What's it about this time? 'Cause if they are gonna start complaining to us and threatening us again then I will not waste my time going."Harry said as the other boys seemed to silently agree with him.

"Look , I honestly don't know what it's about but they asked us all to be there early and on time and I told them we would so don't argue with me."I sighed as I pinched the bridge of my nose , closing my eyes.

"Argue with who about what?"Fay asked as she walked into the room looking happier as she put her phone away. I cringed as I remembered the cruel way I had treated her earlier today , and I regret it but I can't take it back now.

"Argue with me about going to a meeting with management tomorrow morning."I answered her bluntly. She looked over at the smile she had faltering a bit as she witnessed the cold stare I was giving her.

"So yeah , we have to go , we'll see you girls tomorrow."Liam answered quickly as he grabbed Edith's hand getting ready to leave.

"Oh , I'm not sure if I'll be able to see you all tomorrow. Carson called so...I'm kinda booked at the moment."Fay answered as she played with the hem of her shirt. I rolled my eyes scoffing.

"Well , have fun ditching your friends for a date."I spat at her before I turned and marched away. How could she be so smart yet so fucking oblivious! Can't she see how much her dating someone else is hurting me?

"Whoa! Zayn mate! Hold up!"Niall yelled after me. I ignored him and kept on walking throwing the door to leave the arena open. I walked to the car pacing back and forth trying to calm down my breathing while tugging on my hair.

"Zayn! What the hell is wrong with you? Don't even tell me it's nothing because I know something's up with you and I'm worried."Niall yelled as he grabbed me by my shoulders forcing me to face him.

"It's none of your concern with what's wrong with me. So just leave me alone."I snapped at him. Niall glared back at me as he shook his head. I shoved his hands off my shoulders taking a step back.

"It actually is my concern. You're my best mate Zayn and you haven't been yourself lately. Maybe if you told me what was wrong I could help! You just can't keep pushing me away."Niall said obviously aggravated.

I looked down at Niall as he pleaded with me. I sighed as I leant against the car before sliding to the floor bringing my knees up to my chest. I placed my head in my hands while Niall sat down next to me.

"I don't know what's wrong with me Niall. I mean I was perfectly fine till that Carson guy came around and I just-I don't know. I constantly feel mad when he's around."I groaned as I placed my arms on my knees resting my chin on my knees as I stared out at the lights ahead of me.
