Delete Facebook for atleast a week step away from your social life books first and relationship 3rd

Remember the things that make you happy
It's either your favorite band,music,flower,etc
Step 3
Dont be afraid
Dont be afraid of what this ways will turn out it doesnt matter what anybody think the important thing is that you believe there's
