Victoria Elizabeth is a 17 year old. She lives with her mom, because her mom and dad got divorced. Her mom,Rosie, has gotten an email from the high school Victoria goes to. The email said that if her mom wanted to, to have a foregin exchange student live with them until the child has to go to college. Victoria's mom, with the gigantic heart she has accepted in a minute and now tomorrow, the person was coming. They know nothing about the kid except that he/she's from the U.K.
