This is a flashback when Serenity was 8 years old
Serenity's Pov
"Auntie,what's mommy doing there?" I asked curiously.
She didn't answer me and kept sobbing.
"Auntie,let's wake up mommy!" I said giggling.
"Honey," my aunt began,
"We...we can't...see her anymore..." She said,wiping her tears.
"What?" I asked.
"Mommy's...gone." Auntie Charolle said and patted me.
"I can't see mommy anymore?" I asked as tears began to fall down to my face.
"Y-yes." She said crying.
I cried and kept sobbing. People left and it was just me,aunt Charolle and my dad.
"Seren,we have to go," my dad said patting my shoulder.
"We will go here for mommy,right?" I asked.
"Yes,darling. Now come on." He said spreading his arms. He carried me and we had a quiet trip home.
We got home and aunt Charolle had to leave.
"Bye aunt Charolle" I said with a pale face.
"Daddy can I go to my room? I'm sweepy." I yawned. He nodded his head and I went upstairs. I got a photo of mommy and decorated it.
"Serenity?"
"Oh,hi daddy!" I said hiding the paper behind my back.
"What's that?" He asked.
"Um it's n-"
Daddy's phone rang and he picked it up.
"Fey,you know I can't leave! I can't just leave my daughter after what happened! What? You can't! Ugh,fine." Daddy massaged his head and kissed my forehead.
"Bye daddy I love you." I said as he walked out of the house.
