Chapter 14

Jazzy's POV

"What the hell do you mean he was in love with Genesis?!" I whispered. I didnt want anyone else to hear... Especially Austin.

"He was in love with her... All he did was talk about Gen. Gen this, gen that. I obviously got annoyed so we broke up. I didnt just break up with him because of the whole training thing. Gen's part of the reason. But she didnt know he was in love with her. Why do you think he always tortured you? He only did it to get to Gen. He knows how much you mean to Gen."

There was something fishy about this. The guy told me earlier that Monica was the only one to change him back... But now Monica's telling me Chris was in love with Gen the whole time? Was there something missing in this? Someone's not telling me the truth. Whether it be Monica or the boys. Idk but i don't trust them.

"He has Gen now.... I cant Imagine what's happening... " i said..

Robert came up from behind me and kissed my cheek.

"You should rest babe. " he told me.

"Only if you're there right next to me... " i said.

He smiled and we went to his bedroom, we cuddled until I fell asleep...

Chris's POV

I got into the shower, little does Gen know i've been waiting for her since we were kids. I was gentle with her this time when I kissed her... She didnt try to stop me.. She just kissed me back. Her cheeks flushed with redness when we kissed. It was the cutest thing.. I may seem like a bad boy.. And an asshole.. But I care for Gen. She's the only reason i'm still here.

I got out of the shower and went to the kitchen and saw the food laid out on the table... I didnt see Gen. I looked in the room but she wasnt there either, I yelled out her name. She didnt answer, then I went to the living room and saw her knocked out on the couch... I saw tears streaming down her cheek as she was asleep,

"Gen! " i said.

She didnt wake up..

"Genesis!!!" I yelled.

She woke up and jumped.

"Sorry.. Sorry... Sorry I didnt mean to fall asleep; i'm sorrry.. I promise it wont happen again. I'm sorry..." She cried. Her eyes were filled with tears. She looked so scared, frightened to be exact.

I grabbed her and hugged her tight.. Usually I wouldnt care... But this time she looked really scared of me...

"It's okay... It's okay..." I told her.

She smiled and touched my cheek...

"Let me get you your food.. okay? " her voice cracked.

"you're gonna eat with me right?" I asked her.

"Of course"

I got up with her to get our plates, we sat and ate in silence. 30 minutes later we were done eating and she washed the dishes, i went over to her and put my hands around her waist and whispered into her ear.

"I'm sorry Gen... I'm sorry I raped you.. I'm sorry for all of the times I abused you... I'm sorry... I know it's too late for me to say it.. and you probably will never forgive me... but i really am sorry Genesis.." I said to her...

Tears were falling down her face as she finished the dishes... She wiped her hands and her eyes and turned around to face me...

"If you're sorry then let me go...." She whispered..

"I can't.."

"WHY NOT?!?!!!!" She screamed and pushed me away from her.

"BECAUSE..." I stopped.
