"This Academy has stood for 50 proud years." Declared an older gentleman through a video inter-communications system, while holding a goblet held high. "I am also proud to announce that it will stand for another 50 more! With the assistance of all of you, the faculty and students alike." He roared with pride in his voice.
Widespread cheers roared throughout the school grounds. From students, to teachers, to even the young and shy school librarian was cheering to the school milestone.
"Even though I may not live long enough to see the next 50 years pass, I do hope that many of you will get the chance to see that day come and celebrate it like we are now for the current anniversary." He stated. "My students, my staff, my friends, I raise this glass to you. In the hopes and prayers that you all are able to experience the greatness of being an alumni of St. Edwards' Academy!"
