Sinking into his warmth she began to sob, not caring if her makeup was dissolving into his clothing. He didn't care either. They had been going through a lot; Vanessa didn't know why Justin was acting the way he was acting nor did she know why thoughts of her mother but her as harsh as they did, especially now.
"Babe, sit up." Justin instructed as he smoothed down Van silky hair. Vanessa sat up slowly still sniffling away.
Vanessa cupped Justin's cheeks in her somewhat small hands and stared into his hazel brown orbs. The different hints of greens and browns fascinated her as she continued to sob.
"What's wrong?" Vanessa chirped. Justin simply stared at her with sympathetic eyes before letting their foreheads make contact. He began to place light kisses on her nose and soon her lips, trying to ignore the question and comfort her without saying one word about her father.
"Justin, please." She breathed out as she pulled away from the kiss. He stared at her for a long while before raising up against her, coming up on his knees and causing her to fall back; her legs unraveling from crisscross position. Vanessa was taken back and he could tell, a small gasp escaped her lips. Justin's gel mattress welcomed her like it always did.
"Your father knows about us." He chirped.
"He knows what?" Vanessa swallowed with her eyes widened.
"Last day of Thanksgiving break he confronted me in the most unexpected way." He stated, his eyebrows furrowed as he began to stare at his bed quilt.
"What did he say?"
"I don't really wanna talk about it." He cleared his throat. "I know you thought I stood you up, but I didn't. I would never have that in me to stand you up for whatever reason." He stated genuinely.
"Why didn't you just tell me?"
"I didn't want you to confront your father and get in trouble. I never want you to get in trouble for anything, especially me so if I can prevent that, I will."
"What are we going to do? That's not good at all."
"We'll figure it. Everything will be alright."
"I'm sorry for being a jerk, I just.."
"It's ok, Justin. Like you said, everything will be alright." Vanessa smiled slightly, planting a kiss onto Justin's lips.
