Faded Memories

Prologue

First day of school:
         Edardd Tyrel

While walking to school I saw 5-6 people sitting beside the stairs waving across me.

I ignored them and continued walking towards the stairs.

When I was near them, I heard whispers.

"Di tayo pinansin?"
"Ay. Snob?"
"Yabang."
"Pota kala mo sino"

I ignored once again. They can't be talking about me right?

I walked through the hallway and many people said hi. But not to me.. I think?

Since I dont know anyone here.

I am a transferee. 3rd year in college.

It's impossible for anyone to know me here. Since I'm homeschooled ever since. And this is my first day of school.

I saw a girl running towards me. I was about to step aside but then the girl grabbed me and made me run with her.

"U-um excuse me?" I said confused about what's happening.

"Hi Ardd!" The girl said turning to face me and smiled.

Ardd? Is that supposed to be me?

We stopped at a big football field.

I sat on the bench while catching my breath. This girl sure runs fast.

"H-hah! Wh-who are you! Why d-did you bring me he-re?" Hingal kong tanong sakanya. My body is not used in physical activities.

"Well.. to explain?" Medyo painosente niyang sabi. Naka tingin pa siya sa taas na para bang nagiisip. Yung index finger niya nasa may gilid ng labi.

Tinignan ko lng siya with my face full of disbelief and curiosity.

Tumingin siya sakin at biglang tumawa. Nagulat naman ako sa ginawa niya.

Okay lng ba to? Baka nakatakas to sa mental?

"Nope. Di ako baliw haha" sabi niya habang pinapahid ang luha sa mata niya kakatawa. "Ako si Arry" sabi niya at tumayo ng diretso.

"Your girlfriend" sabi niya at ngumiti.
