Still on the phone Katrina, heard the police officer speak. "Ma'am we technically can't file a missing persons report until it has been 48 hours." Sighing, Katrina didn't give up. "Please just get here and look at the evidence."
"Help is on the way ma'am. What's your address?" Katrina proceeded to tell the police her address. The police arrived in no time. Knocking on the front door, Katrina opened it and let them in.
"As we've said before no report can be made without 48 hours passing by." The first cop spoke.
"But you have evidence and signs of struggle. There had to have been a fight put up. You think that coffee table over there is flipped over for decoration? Or did you think it would be cool to have blood painting my floors? There's a bloody tie in my bathroom, that just so happens to be my husband's tie! And you're telling me you can't file a report. Get out of my house and go to hell" Katrina spat with anger as her chest heaved up and down.
"Ma'am please calm down. As of now we need you to go to a hotel, because this is a crime scene and we need samples and we don't need anything to be moved out of its position now." The other police replied nicely. Without any further word exchanges Katrina went back to the hotel she'd been staying in.
More officers came and put up 'Crime Scene. Do Not Cross' tape to further investigate the house. Aimlessly, they searched around for any leads on what happened and who could have done it. They sampled the blood from the floor and dusted for prints, until they came across something they could actually have a lead on. "Over here!" One officer shouted from the flipped coffee table and picked the hair up in a plastic bag to keep as evidence.

After collecting enough evidence they drove to the hotel at which Katrina was staying, and knocked on the door. She was shocked to see them again but thought nothing of it. "Mrs. Daniels we need you to come with us down to the station so we can ask a few questions. If that's fine with you?"
"Sure! whatever I can do to help, I'm all for it." Quietly Katrina followed the two officers outside and she followed them down to the station.
