From The Bottom Up

Chapter 1

A/N:Hi guys this is my first story on wattpad and I hope that you would enjoy this book as much as I do. So here it goes.

Beep.

Beep.

Beep.

"Ugh stupid alarm clock".I quickly shut it off before it could annoy me anymore.As I pulled the covers back and got out of bed ,I couldn't help but think about what Academy High might have in stored for me today.I hope nothing  too bad.Maybe if I stay low today nothing will happen but that's what I do every day yet I still get noticed, sadly.

"Nicole you better be up"Ma yelled from the bottom of the stairs.

"I am Ma"I yelled back.I don't know what I would do without Ma.She helps keep the family in order and safe well almost everyone safe.Dad really isn't around that much but when he is the house turns into a party even though it's just us four."But do I have to go to school today?"

"Are you seriously asking me that?Of course you do.These are your last two days there and your friends will miss you.Now stop talking and get that beautiful body of yours ready."

Friends? What friends?I don't have any friends.I hope she's not talking about those people that aren't nothing but pain in my a**.I bet your probably wondering how could I not have friends.Well I'm not the kind of girl who gets those good looks and gets to be a healthy size and not to smart but not to dumb and is surround by lots of friends.I'm the exact opposite.I'm not that pretty.I'm way over a healthy size.I'm a nerd and I deferentially don't have any friends.I can't wait to get away from this place .

Ma and Dad said that they found a school in California that could help me get in shape and take care of the bullying problem.Academy High is deferentially not a place I'm going to be looking forward to see any time soon.I bet the students at Academy High wouldn't miss me at all.But sadly I have to come back in two years and I should be a senior then.If I see any of those faces again it will be way too soon.

 "Hey Nikki"my twin brother said coming in my room.Chris is the only person at my school that will  be nice to me and stick up for me.

"Hey Chris.Whats up?"I said with a smile on my face.

"Um do you still need a ride to school?"Why do I have a bad feeling about his question.

"Uh sorta,why?" 

"Well Crystal wants me to pic--"

"Your going out with Crystal!"I said interrupting him.Crystal,the biggest bully in Academy High,my biggest bully there,is my brothers girlfriend."Chris you know how she feels about me.She's the one who started this mess anyway and your going to go out with her.Your going out with your sisters biggest enemy!"I partly yelled.

"Listen Nicole.I know that your mad but I made her promise to try to be nice to you."He said while rubbing the back of his neck.

"You and I both know that she will find someone else to do her dirty work or find some way to do it herself."

"No she won't."

"How could you be so sure?"

"Because I made her promise and she never brakes her promises."was all he said.

"Hey you kids better not be fighting up there."Ma yelled.

"We're not Ma."me and Chris said in unison.

I looked at my brother and only one question came to my mind.Why would he go out with her if he knew how she treats me? Does he not remember that she is the reason why I don't have any friends? I had two of the best friends anyone could ask for then the next thing I know they give me looks of disgust and hatred and I still have no idea why they look at me like that.All I know is that Crystal is behind everything that has happened to me ever since 8th grade.She wants something from my brother and it isn't a relationship.I bet she probably wants him to hate me too.I don't know what I ever did to deserve her to treat me like this but she will probably hate me till the day I die.

"I'm not riding in the same vehicle as her"I stated finally.

"I know."

"You know?"The shock clear in my voice.

"Yeah."he said looking down at the ground then back at me with apologetic eyes."I'm sorry Nicole but your going to have to walk to school or have mom take you."he said and walked out the room without another word or to hear my reply.

To say that I was confused was an understatement.Me and Chris would always rode to school together so why would he change that.Well I guess I'm walking to school today because I'm definitely not going to ask Ma for a ride.I hope these next two days will go by in a flash.The sooner I get away from this place the better.

As I finish getting dress my phone beeps.I ignore it the first time but them it starts beeping again.I look at it already assuming what it is before I even pick it up.Well would you look at this,  a Facebook message by your truly,Crystal. "Nicole your brother just came and got me and when I ask why you weren't in the car he told me that you didn't want to be in the same vehicle as me.That really hurted my feelings Nicole.So much for being nice to you today or tomorrow."

Ugh that cold hearted bitch.I knew she was not going to stick up to her promise she made with Chris.She's probably just using him as a sex toy any way.I pack up the rest of my things and hit the road for school.
